Hello everyone, this is my latest personal project, an Attack on Titan short film. In this short film, I was responsible for all aspects of production. I experimented with building my own workflow and explored the integration of 2D and 3D animation. Since this is my first time creating such a large-scale project, most of the storyboards are based on the original work, with a few inspired by other films, and the rest are my own original attempts. I aimed to fully respect the original source while incorporating many of my own designs, such as character design, character effects, and original shots. This has been an extremely valuable experience for me. Although the short film is not perfect, it represents my best effort within the limited time available. It is made entirely with AI, and although it is not perfect, it still has some inconsistencies, it is a demonstration that with the tools available it is possible to create an animated short film that is almost professional and worthy of competing in a film festival. The script is made with ChatGPT, based on Coraline. The images in Midjourney, using the --sref and --cref parameters. Animations in Runway, music and sound effects in Pixabay, voiceover in , and editing in CapCut. 👉 I won't deny that it takes hours of work and requires dedication and artistic insight, but the important thing is that now anyone can create a short film from home. The third and final SANTIAGO event was the premier of the short film in San Antonio and it was INSANE!!!!!! To see this many people show up to watch a short film we made was so surreal. It was so cool to experience it in a theater for the first time with fans. Surreal moment. Ended up on top of our SUV afterwards and soaked it all up!! The attention to detail and intentionality for this whole rollout has been something I’m super proud of. Everything happened better than I could’ve imagined.

I was just informed this Seedance 2.0 short film was selected to be streamed on Roku, Xumo, and other platforms in early August. It now has 55K views on YouTube with 3k likes almost 1k comments. See I tried making this short with Unreal Engine 5 MetaHumans. Studio wanted $10K just to rent the space and mocap suits. I paid an animator $900 for a test animation. It looked like crap. Last month, I used Seedance 2.0 and finished the short in 4 days. It now has 55K views on YouTube. If you still think AI filmmaking is about laziness… You’re not paying attention.

Trigger Warning: Domestic violence 🎥 Link to watch: IMO: Hudson’s range is incredible. Him and Zack did an amazing job with this film. It’s so short, yet so captivating and devastating. When I first watched it, the muted lighting is one of the first things I noticed—it feels cold, like their love has been gone for long time. Midjourney v7 plus Luma new Camera Motion Concepts is incredible. This is Mercs. I created this short last night, using my personalization settings in the new MJ v7 along with the new dynamic camera options in #Ray2 The camera moves you can get are next level. I used the new Actor Mode for voice and Dreamina AI for impressive lip sync. It's been incredible building a film studio with Promise. It forces me to stay on my AI filmmaker grind and try out the latest and greatest toolstack. Images upscaled in Magnific.ai and videos in Topaz Labs Edited in Adobe Premiere.
