“As a young man in Nigeria, if you want to buy a car, always go for something like a Corolla or other lower-range vehicles. If you go for bigger, more expensive cars, the police may frvstrate you on the road.” -Man says as he recounts how he once travelled with a friend to an event in Owerri, Imo State. His friend was driving a GLK while he drove a Corolla. Before they set off, he told his friend that he would arrive in Imo State before him, even though the friend had a more expensive car. The friend didn’t believe him until they started the journey and experienced how frequent stops and checks affected the GLK more, eventually understanding what he meant.

Who was Wrong? Pro-Palestinian Protestors or this elderly driver? This video has been circulating today with people commenting with two different narratives. Note that the drive is a 70 to 80-year-old man. One post with over 200k views claimed that "a man drove his car through a crowd of peaceful protesters" and that a "Car sped through a protest in Minneapolis" Others are claiming that the man was merely trying to leave the chaos. I don't know about you, but if my father was caught in a protest like this where a mob of people were trying to break into his car I would hope that he would do everything he could to leave the situation. I feel the old man had every right to act the way he did. There were literally people denting his vehicle and trying to break the windows as others waived Hamas flags. Am I wrong in feeling this way?

While washing he and his girlfriend’s cars this man noticed that on the headlamps on the driver’s side in both vehicles that they were marked. Whenever his girlfriend drove the car it was marked with a “w” for woman. When she had their child with them it had a dot next to the “w” to indicate it was one child. After seeing them he found out about the when he did a little research. If this is true then it shows how elaborate and organized this is, what would you do if you saw these marks on your car?

I think it’s safe to say that 2025 was a very interesting year. And I think I see it very differently than most. You probably saw a lot of headlines about AI and tech stocks. While that was a big story, I don’t think it was the most important thing. The big story in the investment world was the depreciation of the value of fiat money and how that impacted the price of gold. That’s how 2025 looked through my eyes, at least. I’m curious to hear if you see things the same way.

Truck driver gets his cab stuck on railroad tracks while a train is heading his way . Ladies in a car behind him were taking video of the train as it crashes and drags the truck cab with it . Luckily the truck driver left the so he wasn’t hurt . It must have been horrifying to watch his cab being destroyed !! Don’t know if that was his truck or a company owned cab . The thing I don’t understand is how vehicles get stuck on tracks like that so often ?

Predictably, the Kubota tractor incident is being both exaggerated and minimized to suit pre-existing narratives. I was in the crowd and understand the fear triggered by that vehicle entering the demonstration— for a split second, my mind jumped to Nathaniel Veltman and David Zegarac. That said, let’s approach the situation analytically. My $0.02: This incident unfolded in the wide pedestrian area in front of the Superior Court of Justice, across from the US Consulate. The sidewalk was mostly clear, with the exception of the speaker standing in the middle, as shown in this extended cut of footage. The Kubota tractor was accompanied by a pickup with a plow driving on the road. With other tractors operating on sidewalks elsewhere downtown that night, it appears drivers were practicing routes ahead of heavy snowfall. There was space on the sidewalk for the tractor to pass, but the driver could have braked. Based on her now-uncovered social media history, it’s not a stretch to imagine she seized an opportunity to startle or scare protesters. The tractor’s blue lights were flashing and it was beeping. It moved slowly enough for people to step aside, but not slowly enough to allow dawdling. Protesters did not step aside. Quite the opposite. The general sense of entitlement reflected in chants like “Whose streets? Our streets!” and directives to “Take up space” played out in real life. The driver cannot reasonably be blamed for continuing to move while surrounded by people striking her vehicle and jumping in front of it to force a stop. She would have been a sitting duck amid an angry crowd. At least half a dozen protesters attempted to file reports, contrary to news reports claiming no complainants came forward. While frustrating when police won’t take a report on scene, doing so mid-protest draws resources away from crowd control.
