I'm not a fan of the police. But... If 6 police cars, with armed police, tell you to turn the car off and get out. Do it! That way you have a very good chance of living. Raming police cars multiple times, putting police at risk, doesn't end well. So, now the family don't want to take any responsibility for Chris Kaba. No fucking surprise there!
