Let's call this what it is: very dangerous political theater. The ICC is a sham organization that our State Department doesn't even recognize. Mamdani knows that. But he doesn't care about enforcing the law. He's pouring gasoline all over the streets of New York City and handing out matches. If one of his radical followers lights one of them when Netanyahu comes to NYC in September, he will share the blame. Less than a week before the Israeli government started the war with Iran, I spoke at a massive protest against the genocide in Gaza that the Italian opposition parties held in Rome. In front of 300,000 people in Rome, I called for the end of the genocide and war and for European governments to stop supporting Netanyahu as he continues to disregard international law and risk all of the region. Even after the expansion of the war and cycle of bloodshed by the war criminal Netanyahu, the same message still holds. Together, we will continue to fight against the genocide in Gaza that doesn't stop because of the war with Iran, against the regional war that is risking all of us and against the fascists all around the world, until we win!

Complete and utter lies and bullshit from start to finish. I can't believe Rubio would destroy his own reputation like this. The ICC has no jurisdiction in the United States or over US citizens. The United States is not a state party to the Rome Statute, which founded the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2002. The sole reason the Trump regime is going after the ICC is to try and protect Netanyahu. The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, allegeding that he is responsible for the war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024. American citizens have nothing to fear from the ICC...

By all indications, the purpose of Netanyahu's criminal attack on Iran—killing hundreds of innocent civilians, including women and children—is to scuttle a DEAL between Iran and the U.S., which we were on the right path to achieve. He is playing yet another American President, and ever more American taxpayers, for absolute fools. Our powerful Armed Forces are making clear to the world that the war criminals hiding in shelters in Tel Aviv will not go unpunished for their crimes. We will continue to pummel the cowards for as long as needed to make sure that they are no longer firing at our people. If President Trump is genuine about diplomacy and interested in stopping this war, next steps are consequential. Israel must halt its aggression, and absent a total cessation of military aggression against us, our responses will continue. It takes one phone call from Washington to muzzle someone like Netanyahu. That may pave the way for a return to diplomacy. It is a pervasive view around the world that I am hearing every single day that there are no Western values because we see a genocide unfolding in Gaza, we see absolutely zero will of the US government to reign in what Israel is doing, though everything that Israel is doing depends on the US bombs, the US weapon systems, the US financing.
