This looks almost IDENTICAL to CHAZ, or the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” in Seattle in 2020, where the city SURRENDERED a neighborhood to anarchists who made their own “laws.” CHAZ was famous for failed communism, death, theft, and vandalism, and as you’d imagine, they were commonplace in the zone.
