I think we’ll see in the future if we’re able to continue, or in what fashion we could continue, because it’s kind of frustrating for me because I haven’t been in an in-person environment with... them. I was obviously working remotely for Toronto. I think there are some things that I’d like to at least debrief with alecks about, pushing forward through the OFF//SEASON that they could focus on for next year. Because when I first joined them, I was a bit confused why they were losing in APAC. I was like, ‘You guys are phenomenal at the game, like I really don’t understand what the results were in officials.’ I think people seem to think that me, Panda, and PatMen kind of joined at the same time, and there was a bit of a shift in results. But I think all of us did do individually good things, me probably not as much as the other two, but I think ultimately they were just really good and something just went wrong. I think they had a very good game plan on Split and we had no answer for it and I think that was the main issue. Corrode, I think we probably should have closed it out if we did a little bit better on certain rounds, but it is what it is. Sometimes you don't win crucial rounds and these things happen. But on Abyss, we knew it was going to be a tough match regardless. I think we had like 10 hours to prepare, so it wasn't the best, but we tried our best and I think Nongshim is a great team. I think they play very, very, very well together and we played against them for a long, long time, so we already knew that they were very, very good, so we're not really too bummed about it." coming from an experienced artist, i think this is the most genuine and meaningful compliment one could ever give to yuta. thank you jaejoong 🙏🏻 love their friendship 🥹 JJ: the reason why is, i think just doing what you’re told to and just going with the flow, its like theres no sense of preparing for the future in that. but when idols start thinking about their future & their music, and when they're at a point where they start to think on how they can grow, i think that is really admirable. for example, a friend named yuta from nct, he's been doing some solo activities in rock music. i heard that he will be on tour this year too. 👤: you really keep up with the junior artists who are doing rock music arent you? JJ: it's nice. it makes me feel really excited & happy, and like i wanna go & watch their perfomance/ concert too!! so when i see things like that, i think these kinds of attempts which is not just about the rock genre, or about the music that will sell well and get many streams, but just the fact that artists are willing to attempt on a challenge, even when they know there might be risks. this kind of mindset alone is something that i'm really thankful for. it makes me think that the work/ things i do, and even for the junior artists who are starting to try out, i just want to say to them that "we did well' and applause them for it 👏🏻 "

JJ: it's nice. it makes me feel really excited & happy, and like i wanna go & watch their perfomance/ concert too!! so when i see things like that, i think these kinds of attempts which is not just about the rock genre, or about the music that will sell well and get many streams, but just the fact that artists are willing to attempt on a challenge, even when they know there might be risks. this kind of mindset alone is something that i'm really thankful for. it makes me think that the work/ things i do, and even for the junior artists who are starting to try out, i just want to say to them that "we did well' and applause them for it 👏🏻 "

sungjin sharing his story on day6 10th anniversary documentary 🐻 "for about three years, i didn't talk. i literally didn't say anything except for the things necessary for work. it was pretty much a cycle of only speaking when we were working. there was definitely a period when i resented the members a bit, thinking, "if i were them and i had a member like me, i would have done things this way." up until my 20s, i lived with so much passion. i was always trying to find something to keep my emotions from sinking. i kind of took that role. but after that, i think i became a bit more, calm? should i say? i realized that the kids were definitely filling in the other aspects i couldn't. i had been caring for them in certain aspects, and they, in turn, were caring for me in other ways. realizing this made me so grateful to them. and at the same time it also made me realize "ah, i really am sincere about day6," that's what i thought."

Caitlin on what she learned through injury this season: “I think when I get a few years down here in my career, I think this is a moment and a season I’ll look back on and be like, this why I am who I am today… It was hard sitting on the bench, I’m not going to lie, but I think it taught myself how to be a really good leader and how to be a really good teammate… when you’re on the sidelines and you don’t have your jersey on, you can observe and really learn about people… how can I show up every single day and pour into them and be there for them… but also going forward down the road, if I have a teammate that’s injured… I know I will always show up for them and be there for them and check in on them, because it is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t realize that until you go through it… I think all of that is probably what I’ve leaned most.” 🎥: Tony East

🐹 To think of it, we were fans of artists who speak different languages from us but we didn’t think differently of them because they spoke a different language. 🐹 I was a fan of them and still am and I don’t think a language is a barrier. 🐹 I’ve always cared more about the emotions in their music and who they are as a person so I don’t think the language barrier is an issue. 🐹 When our fans show us love, I think they feel the same way.

And they ended up where I was at, and they heard me talking all this stuff, and they're like, 'Oh, you ended up here too, buddy. So, uh, what the hell is going on here?'
