Do you mean Extended Storage (ext0) or an external USB storage with ExFat format? You can install in the extended storage just select that location in the PS4 settings. If you mean the feature to move data installation to an external HDD and play from there. I'm fixing it.

If you are using it as "Extended Storage" it is already supported. you should make sure you have your "Extended Storage" as default.

Sim, ele está como padrão, mais quando aperto para instalar ele da um erro escrito que não há espaço no armazenamento, sendo que meu HD externo tem espaço de sobra, o interno que está cheio.
