psa: australian tf2 servers are literally unplayable due to bots

Got sad trying casual and had to go on some random community hightower server Only 1 had players with decent ping and somecunt was giving legal advice over voice chat to anyone who asked

Its actually been a problem for nearly 5-6 years. Around late 2017 - early 2018 CatBots would be a common sight on and off. Theres an old maxbox video called "TF2: Spot the Hacker - Cat Bots" which was uploaded 9th of Jan 2018. The bot Crisis started half a decade ago...

I love how every region have it's own problems, in the middle east range it's IMPOSSIBLE to find a game after 10 PM lmao

Seems like all the Australians ran off to community servers. This is all uncletopia's fault tbh.

it's weird because i don't encounter nearly as much bots on european servers for the last few days i only found a few ocasional bots(but i played only for a few hours) idk why australian servers are targeted that much

Yeah, I've joined maybe 20 AU servers, and each of them are flooded with bots, so I've been going to 100 player servers or Uncletopia. Sad, because I wanted to play the Halloween maps, and play with a friend who's never played TF2 before.

Community servers:

Trying to get Scream Fortress contracts done for the Sackston hale achievement was hell (pun intended). Couldn’t go more than 1 game without the bots taking over.
