The whole point of taking the flamer was to not have to do this. Sometimes you can't get behind a charger if there is a bug tsunami directly behind him.

I hate the patch...

Yeah now do this with 5 alpha commander, dozens of hunter, 2 bile titans and 3 others chargers swarming you

With how much everyone was complaining, I thought chargers had just become immune to flame 😂 But I think the whole point was flame negating armor so you could attack from the front.

But what happens when the charger ignores my stun grenade and turns to track me for the entire duration of the stun?

Flamethrower got nerfed?

So now Flamethrower is now just a shorter range Breaker Incinerary DPS wise?! That was how long it takes to kill with that shotgun after all! The only gimmick it has is it lights the ground on fire a little! Eagle Napalm does that better and my primary DPS is equal with range!

Kind of feel like the whole point of fire was to skip armor ratings especially since most fire weapons were short range. Just means ya got to be creative and keep other things ready. Unfortunate though. Going to miss burning down chargers easily on the leg.

so let me get this right, enemies can shoot through objects and environment (occaisonally, but often enough to be noticed), have better sight than you, have more armor than you, and are more plentiful? and now even their flamethrowers dont work by the same logic as ours?

This is a horrible example…… that’s WELL over 10 seconds of 1v1. Y’all realize there’s more than just (1) bug per mistake right? Don’t base weapons usage off of sandbox scenarios. This isn’t an ideal use of items and scenario to “use the flamethrower like this at all.”
