turning AI-generated images into editable layers is the unlock most ai design tools missed. raw output is fine. but if you can't cut, you can't ship. this is the path from "ai made an image" to "ai gave you a starting point."

ERROR - I can convert the poster into an editable layered Canva design (separate text, shapes, icons, and layout elements), but I need the actual image file uploaded into the chat.
