Two students tried to argue diversity is essential for success and there should be more representation in every corporation. My professor and two other students asked the obvious: "These companies are already successful and got this far, how would changing a winning formula benefit them?" Most of the students clapped their hands for the professor and the two students arguing against diversity. Most of Europe and East Asia were homogeneous and were much more advanced. How do you argue that's not successful?
