learning a lot about the trade-offs SOTA CV folk have to make (e.g. using broadcast) and the different levels of expertise with advanced metrics on show it's moving quickly though and CV being accessible to more fans will help too!

In terms of technology only soccer probably is a little bit ahead than baseball and big leagues could have recreate something like this years ago with Hawkeyes installed in the stadium

I am being so deadass when I say baseball analytics are about 10 years behind too. It’s a bunch of legacy statistics which work really well for the simplicity of baseball but not other sports though.
