total honesty: i'm struggling a bit. i'm not where i wanted to be by now last year i sold a piece for a big number, and felt like it would keep going. i relaxed a little bit. things stopped i'm lucky to have work coming steadily, but it's not as much as i wanted i've been working on the same project (a big one) for 2+ years and am still not done i want to be done with it. its too good to keep sitting on in the past, i tried to work in silence and then BOOM! release a big thing. i no longer think that works i'm going to take a page from jack butcher's book and try 'building in public' for the next few weeks, see how it goes, see how it feels starting literally now below is something fun i'm working on responsive animated comic-style website 100% hand animated enjoy :)

I've been running 4-6 coding agents every single day for months now: I have 2 - 3 instances of Claude Code. I have Copilot. I have Warp. I have Jules. I'm figuring this out as I go, but it's getting really hard to keep track of everything that's happening. 90% of the time, I can't remember which agent is working on what. Apple built a large foundation model and fine-tuned it on multiple tasks. But they are doing something very clever: They load a single model in memory and use different adapters to specialize the model on the fly. I recorded a video to show you how to write the code to do the same thing Apple is doing. I explain everything step by step. Here is what I'll show you in the video: 1. We'll load two datasets 2. Then load a large model 3. Then, we'll fine-tune the model on both datasets I'll use LoRA to fine-tune the model. This process creates two small adapters, each specializing in solving one of the datasets. The base model's original parameters will remain unchanged. From here: 4. We'll generate a list of tasks 5. We'll load the correct adapter to solve each task The large model I'm using needs 346 MB of memory, but I only need to load it once. Each adapter is only 2.7 MB. I only need to load the base model once and pair it with any of the fine-tuned adapters. Minimum memory footprint and I can solve multiple tasks. Hope this helps!

The Text Me Back script is finished! 🥳🎉 This is probably the biggest achievement of my life. I have been through so much over the past year, and especially the last three months haven't been easy. But I kept pushing through even when it hurt because when you do, you make sure that one day it'll get easier. I'm so proud of this script. I've been writing novels and screenplays since I was a young teen, on and off, some years more off than on, but I've always kinda felt that my execution didn't live up to my ambitions. But this time, it's everything I wanted it to be and more. In fact, I'll say that it's better than I ever thought it could be. Of course, that's my extremely biased opinion, but I hope that you'll enjoy it just as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Well, that depends on the execution of the actual gameplay too, but I'm confident. I always say that if somebody else can do something, so can I. So, since the first Life is Strange is pretty close to what I want to do gameplay-wise, it's already been done. There's proof it's possible, and so it will be possible for me too. Now, I'll spend the next few weeks polishing the final episode. There are still some things I'm not fully satisfied with. Episode 5 is still a first draft. (I'll also share the final word count at that time. I'm a sucker for word counts.) So, after a couple of weeks, I'll finally start really getting into making the demo, and hopefully, this page will get more interesting as I can start to show things. Don't expect the world right away, but it'll get more and more exciting as we go. I promise. Thanks to all of you for sticking with me through this long writing process! PS: For the voice actors: I'll start sending out the full, finished scripts by the end of July. EF: I had experienced that during my early stage as a professional actress. At that time I was filming The Paradise of Thorns but I had to film Bangkok Blossom alongside. Internally, I resisted becoming Kularb; it's like Mo didn't want me to become someone else. So I had to go back to finish filming TPOT first. It was afterwards that I was able to find Kularb. At first, no matter how hard I tried, it wasn't her. Eye expressions and the way I talked were just those of Mo. I've learnt from that experience and use it with the projects that I'm currently filming/working on. It's hard though. For example, there're 2 Yuri series that I have to be a boss in both of them. The difficult thing is how to design my acting so that Boss Phlu and Boss Lek are different. Star Wars - The Ghost's Apprentice (Fan Film) I'm so beyond excited to finally share this with you all. I've spent the last two weeks working non-stop, everyday to make this film. I truly hope you enjoy it. 😊 Star Wars was one of the biggest inspirations for me as a kid growing up to become a filmmaker. I watched the original trilogy so much the VHS tape was worn thin. A dream of mine to this day, is to bring a Star Wars story to the big screen, but this project is the first step to that hopeful future. I set out to do this project entirely in Veo 2, but I genned so much that I actually genned out my early access Veo 2 subscription (thank you lightsaber fight 😂). A massive thank you to S.A.V for doing the saber VFX and helping me complete the ending sequence in the final twilight hours. Would not have hit the deadline without you. Another massive thank you to @artisdead_ai for listening to my ideas on this project and providing feedback and to push me to keep moving and genning as I went crazy at times with gens not working the way I wanted too. Without these two guys, this project wouldn't exist. I'm so happy with how this one turned out and I'm so thankful to each and every one of you who continues to support me on this wild journey. In 2022, Justin Rose had the opportunity to join LIV Golf, which he declined. Since then, he’s won 3 times on the PGA Tour, won a home and away Ryder Cup, finished runner up in The Open and the Masters, and risen to 5th in the world. He spoke about whether he feels his decision was validated with his wire to wire, record setting victory at the Farmers Insurance Open: “Yeah, I feel like, yeah, my career goals have always only been attainable by staying on the European Tour and the PGA TOUR because access to them is not, you know, not possible the other way. “But obviously I want to play in amongst the best players in the world. That obviously for me is kind of what keeps me motivated, what keeps me hungry, what keeps me pushing. “So yeah, it would have been easy to potentially do other things, but none of that excited me I don't think really. And none of it gave me access to what I wanted to achieve. “So I kind of always felt like my childhood self wouldn't feel very good about making that decision and kind of giving up on those dreams. “I feel like, yeah, I've been close. I would say, you know, sniffing and knocking on the door of a couple majors since those decisions were made and those moments. “Yeah, it did validate the decision. Yeah, the way things are in the world of golf right now, yeah, I feel like it's good to see people wanting to kind of play where it motivates them to be their best.” He also spoke about the goals he has left to achieve in his career: “Yeah, majors is where I have my attention, for sure. I mean, obviously I take -- like I said, I've achieved a lot in the game, but I've achieved a lot of it just once. So I'll take multiple of anything that I've achieved for sure would be great. “But if I look at my career, yeah, I've been really close to the Open, I've been really close to the Masters. The dream of winning all four was obviously the ultimate goal since I've been a kid. but it seems a long way off to think that way, but if you think about some of the results I've had in the last year or 18 months, I'm not that far away so may as well keep believing.” Justin is the model professional and with how well he’s playing right now, it wouldn’t be surprising if he were to contend in more major championships this season. Happy Final Space Friday! So I'm patiently waiting for notes and feedback from the test readers I sent out, they should come in next week. I gave everyone a week to digest it. Once I have those notes I'll have a good idea if we need to ink/ letter anything new or fix anything but for the most part all polish is pretty much done. Daz Tibbles for NOW has moved on to coloring part 8. Joe is still coloring the last pieces to Part 6 after that I'll move him to Part 7. On the soundtrack front, I'm starting to have conversation with the composers on how to best to time the songs based on how long it takes to read certain chapters. And then QR codes and all that fun that I've never done before. The good news the music is sounding awesome and it really does add to the whole experience. I'm also working up the back matter to the novel as well, all the behind the scenes pages in the back of the book. Also getting quotes from the printer for the black and white novels any days now. So lots of progress, I'm hoping the notes and feedback don't break anything too big but I think they will all really enjoy it. Anyways here is a new work in progress from Andrew Andrew Goodwin, I like this for the MASSIVE Part 6 but I gave him the note to tone it down in sections for the emotions part so were playing with how to make the music really stick to the pages with the high and lows. Scoring graphic novel pages is a new thing for us haha -Olan PRE-ORDER:

🎙️ Sam Vecenie: "Charlotte is building something genuinely special right now." "I love the Kon (Knueppel) fit—that guy's gonna be a star. I've been really impressed by Brandon Miller recently. This is the best basketball I've seen LaMelo (Ball) play in his career. He's clearly the one driving the winning there. Moussa Diabate has been awesome." 🎙️ On Coby White's fit: "If you're Charlotte, you do probably need to invest a high level in your sixth man/backup lead guard. You need to get somebody that's worth what Coby White is worth on the court. I love the system fit. He's from there. I hope he enjoys his time there and is like, you know what, I'll stick around." 🎙️ On upcoming payroll decisions: "A lot of these guys are gonna have to get paid. Kon not for a while, but Miller is gonna have to get paid this summer—they're gonna have to do an extension. Diabate is gonna have to get paid soon; he's making the minimum right now.
