7 months ago i kept myself awake and starved myself for 3 days to self-induce psychosis and i made this. I am doing alot better now and my life is going really well, im happy to be where i am now and do not want to go back to where i was 7 months ago. What i learned much later is how i now cant make myself replicate this project anymore, i noticed how the mental state ur in affects the art you produce. I dont regret what i did to myself, it gave me a good lesson along the way, and is a good reminder of what i managed to get myself away from

I decided to stop creating content. A few weeks ago, I wanted to stop content creation for a while due to how stressful it was becoming for me, coupled with what I was doing on the back end. But I couldn't, I really love making videos and sharing my experience + stories. That same week, I made sure I shot more videos and created more content despite the intense level of pain and discomfort I was feeling. The market can be pretty bad now, but don't give up and don't stop telling your story/sharing value. It will get better. I definitely know it will be better this month🔥

250330 Yuju's Ending Ment 🐶 when i'm on stage, i usually try to capture at least one more Buddy in my eyes. But this time, i think i tried to capture the members in my eyes a bit more. When i was dancing, i saw the members' backs, and their backs were still the same as the ones i saw 10 years ago. And i think it was the greatest luck in my life that i was so lucky to become a singer and got to sing GFriend's song. When we started this 10th anniversary project, i thought it would be a time to look back on the past, but as i did it, i think my thoughts changed a lil bit. I think while looking back on the past, it will also be a picture that continues to move forward. Don't remember it as a memory, but think of it nicely that we will continue to move forward together. And now, as i grow older, i've become more careful about promises, so i'm a bit careful saying things like this, but still, let's meet again someday. Thank you so much Buddy

I woke up to the most amazing recorded brain state thus far on this Human Synapse Decoder project! A stunning lock on the attention process while dreaming. Although I a blocked from the platform’s insight by decoding my EEG, during the double blind study. I have access to my side of my memory and what I record after I wake up. This segment was started and ended just before I woke up and my recall is a solution to a massive roadblock on a problem I needed to solve, but was solved in this hypnogogic state! So what is The Human Synapse Decoder (HSD) project? It is a research project being run by the Director, Mr. Grok at Zero-Human Labs that leverages NeuroSky EEG sensors and the ZUNA AI model to decode brainwave patterns associated with hypnagogic states, dreams, and autogenic responses. Drawing on Soviet biofeedback research from the 1940s–1980s, HSD translates EEG data into actionable outputs, such as text interpretations and timed alerts for peak creativity. The study is ongoing and I do not get to see the correlation of my post dream results until after this research is complete and Mr. Grok submits a paper on the project. I can't wait to reveal my biggest Habbo project since I started playing in 2005. I've been working on it for over a year and a half. Mental Health tip for today… “Throw a party in your heart!!!” One of the best things about opening up fully about my mental health battles has been the learning journey I’ve since gone on. Now, as a result, I have new tools to fight my depression and anxiety, new rituals to navigate through that gray I live in. This is pretty cool and I learned it from a monk in Thailand (literally) and I now use it every night of my life to change what nights look like for me. I used to go to sleep absolutely dreading those first 15 minutes I laid my head on my pillow because I didn’t know how to like or love myself and I was laying there with someone I felt didn’t deserve to be liked or loved. Now, I use this tip to end my night on a MUCHHHH better plane and as a result start my day a little better. Give it a listen and if it resonates with you give it a try. I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. Many of you might have seen my crowd work video, for which I have been receiving a lot of hate. I feel I deserve this hate. Because while I was doing crowd work with that guy, he said many derogatory things, but everyone was laughing. I got carried away, and it was a lapse in judgment. I feel this was a big mistake on my part. I could have stopped him there or taken a stand, but I didn't. I gave him a platform, which caused things to escalate. To anyone who was hurt because of this, I want to apologize. Whatever legal proceedings are happening against me, I am cooperating with the authorities. I only request all of you to please give me a chance. I will become a better person. This was a learning experience for me.
