Staffing is up some 10% vs 2019. The cost per employee is up more than 13% since 2019. However, 2024 annualised productivity has 4.6% lower than 2019 levels, while healthcare productivity is 9.6% lower than in 2019. If this were the private sector we would see reorganisation & redundancies….
