my thoughts on BPC-157 is that IF you are going to use it, you should absolutely NOT use it if you have a history of or have hereditary malignancies. you should also not continuously take BPC-157. while we don't have enough data, BPC's promotion of VEGF in mostly rodent studies is enough to deter me from using it even in the short term. when dosing stops, VEGF seems to return to normal so it's insane for me to hear that people are "blasting and cruising" this compound especially in neurotic tech circles

You ever seen this? My doctor showed it to me a few years back. -> Bodyweight Hamstring Hold <- It doesn’t look like much.. But it will humble u quickly if done correctly Cues - hang on a bar - pull bottom of ribs down to top of hips to brace core - pull legs back.. creating a 90 degree angle between thighs & shins - point toes to wall behind you.. squeeze glutes, hamstrings & calves as tight as u can You can add a little movement as u see in this video as well. If u have a training partner, have them try pushing your feet down to add extra resistance Oftentimes I do it as an isometric hold though Start with 20-30 seconds if u can. Most will start cramping within 10 sec if squeezing tight enough. Build up to 40-60 seconds Weak hamstrings are an epidemic today. Rick Rubin on why "less is more" is harder than it sounds: "If you're stacking a lot of things on top of each other, each one of those things becomes less important. So if you have 10 things, each one of them is one-tenth as important as one by itself." That's why reducing is harder than building. Rick explains: "If you're making something and you want the least amount involved, those things have to be really critically curated because they're doing the work of everything and nothing is hidden." Then he gives the example that makes the whole idea land... Guitars. "A lot of recordings are made where a guitarist plays and then they double it and triple it and they create this wall of guitars. And when there's a wall of guitars, you hear guitar, but you don't hear someone playing guitar. You just hear guitar. It becomes more generic." The alternative is the version most producers won't commit to: "When one person plays it and you can hear their fingers on the strings, it's got more personality, it's more human. And I tend to look for those things where the singular essence shows through." The lesson sits underneath almost everything Rick has made. Stacking is safer. Doubling and tripling hides the player, smooths the edges, and lets you avoid choosing. But it also strips out the thing that makes the work feel like it came from a specific human being. Skip Johnson has talked a lot about "the dugout" throughout Oklahoma's run, the other guys who haven't seen the field as much as they did during the regular season still supporting their teammates I asked Skip about that today: "It's uncommon at every level. DEI hire Ketanji Brown Jackson doesn't understand why the law needs to be changed to ban trans athletes in women's sports. "We are asking whether even though this law is over broad, we're assuming its over broad because you have some people in there to whom it should not be applied. What do we do about that? What's the remedy those people can get? What I hear you saying is they get no remedy unless they can demonstrate that there are enough people that this is sufficiently overbroad that it is no longer something the state can do.I don't understand why that is. Why wouldn't when we identify people for whom this law operates unconstitutionally, that's the premise. I'm in remedy. The premise it you have a person who successfully made an as-applied cage. To me it's unconstitutional. You say too bad if you can say it's unconstitutional to a sizeable number of people."
