German farmer here. Pull type is the norm here. Never had any issues in canola. We slow down and go late in the evening when the crop is soft and bends. Almost no visible damage, just loss of flowers, no reduced yield in tramlines.

Ya you would think so. Doesn’t look terrible behind it though. The sprayer has no sharp edges and smooth pans underneath to protect the plants.
