There was a story 10 days ago that said this is the worst April for the stock market since the Great Depression. Fast-forward to today: The Nasdaq is up on the month of April. And I haven't seen a story that says, “Stock market has biggest bounce-back ever.”

Yesterday I wrote about putting yourself in rooms with traders who are better than you. But simply sitting in the room isn’t enough. You have to learn to see what they see. This short clip from stockbee 2023 Stockbee bootcamp is a great example. The stock had already dropped 17% in four days. Most traders would think: “Too late to short. It has to bounce.” Pradeep focused on something else: after such a large decline, it still couldn’t produce a meaningful bounce. That wasn’t a reason to avoid it. It was information. Attack. No bounce. Attack again. Beginners focus on how far a stock has already moved. Experienced traders study how it behaves when it should bounce. That small difference in thinking can become a serious edge. This is why learning from better traders accelerates your progress. They don’t just give you tickers. They teach you what actually matters.

THIS IS WHY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IN THE STOCK MARKET CHASING HYPE! $IONQ, $RGTI, $LAES, $BTW , $OKLO , $JOBY , $META Peter Lynch – one of the greatest investors of all time – sums it up perfectly: - "Stocks are not lottery tickets" - "There is a company behind every stock, if the company does well the stock does well...it's not that complicated" - "People get carried away and first of all they try and predict the stock market, that is a total waste of time, no one can predict the stock market" This advice is timeless. Unfortunately, many new investors are jumping into hype sectors and stocks like Quantum ( $ionq, $rgti, $laes, $btq), Nuclear (e.g., $oklo), and flying cars (e.g., $joby). Some of these bubble stocks are up 4,000% in the last 12 months even though they are not profitable, some have zero revenue, yet they are valued at billions of dollars. Keep your investing strategy simple. Don’t chase hype - look for profitable, growing companies that are actually doing well. That’s why I like $META - it’s a cash cow and it keeps compounding. Unfortunately, a lot of beginners get sucked into these bubbles and buy at the top, right as the algo's and hedge funds are exiting - joining the feeding frenzy for quick profits. Retail investors end up holding the bag as reality hits. We’ve already seen it in the past month alone - many of these companies have crashed 50–60%, with potentially much deeper drawdowns. DON'T CHASE HYPE. STOCKS ARE NOT LOTTERY TICKETS. CHASE WELL-RUN COMPANIES. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

🇺🇸 NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT WHAT THE U.S. STOCK MARKET IS ABOUT TO DO. The S&P-500 has been forming this Ascending Broadening Wedge since mid 2024. It's now in the final stage before the massive breakout higher. Most people are too convinced that this is a bubble to do anything. They will miss the most obvious move. Make sure you don't.

US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth: "The only choice Iran has is to come to the table and actually talk about their nuclear program" Let's be honest, after all that chest-thumping rhetoric about "destroying Iran", this comes across as less like strength and more like sheer desperation. All that swagger suddenly looks pretty pathetic when reality catches up.... 😂😂😂

🚨 AMERICAN JOURNALISTS JUST PUT TRUMP ON THE SPOT. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 Reporter: “Iran says the Strait of Hormuz is closed. Is that true?” 🇺🇸 Trump: “It’s open to us. It has never been closed under me.” 🇺🇸 Journalist: “But it has been closed for the past 238 days…” 🇺🇸 Trump: “Don’t talk about it. I don’t want to talk about that today.” The question was simple. The answer changed real quick when the timeline came up.

Ondo sets a June 9 launch for perps on tokenized stocks Ondo Finance (Ondo Finance) has set June 9 as the launch date for Ondo Perps (Ondo Perps), its platform for perpetual futures on tokenized US equities, ETFs, and commodities. Non-US traders will get round-the-clock access to names like Nvidia, Apple, and Tesla with up to 20x leverage, with US users barred. Ondo Perps is built to accept tokenized securities as margin, not just stablecoins, so a position can be backed by tokenized stock or Ondo's Treasury products rather than idle cash. That is the capital-efficiency pitch other onchain equity-derivatives venues have lacked.

Take liquidity out of the hands of scammers and into the hands of builders and the communities that lift them up. With the data from the $wall launch we saw what happens when liquidity is taken away from snipers and circulated back into the community. That’s why all future Special Projects partners will be required to use our 99% tax decay model. This model resulted in a 33% liquidity to marketcap ratio for the token, 20 $eth in rewards for the creator and 250 $eth in distributions for active brokers. People might think this is a lot, but the main fact is that this is the liquidity that being extracted daily from every strong launch in crypto. We flipped the script. We have a lot coming over the next 2-3 weeks. Including several strong (and actually unique non deriv collaborations with some of the strongest blue chip nft teams) as well as major meme-stock launch developments as we shift focus towards more unicorn technologies and more Stock Token based financial primitives(including but not limited to decentralized onchain options (our options exchange known as “Leverage Machine” where users can earn both lp fees and premiums on their stock token liquidity) this options positions themselves will be fully tradeable onchain NFTs Stay tuned it’s time to level up. 📣📣HOW DOES THE STOCK MARKET WORK ❓️🤔 We are lead to believe that supply and demand set the price. That when you purchase a stock you actually receive the stock. That markets are regulated and fair. That is all BS. Supply and demand can only set the price if there is a limited supply. But criminals have found a way to counterfeit shares way over the legally issued float. Meaning there is no longer a limited amount. Brokers are gatekeepers facilitating counterfeiting. As they are selling you something that doesn't exist they can't settle the trade. They take your money and deliver an IOU sometimes they deliver the shares but most of the time it's at a much lower price than you purchased it for. Do they give you back the difference in price❓️NO Do they always deliver at some point❓️NO if they bankrupt the company they get to keep all of the stolen money and never have to deliver. Surely Regulators like the SEC make sure this doesn't happen and if it does they are held accountable ❓️NO SEC has been found to be a compromised agency and called out for their questionable practices yet they themselves have never been investigated and faced any consequences. STOCK MARKET IS A ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE COUNTERFEITING PONZI SCHEME

🚨MASSIVE: SEC Will Let Qualifying Platforms Trade REAL U.S. STOCKS ON-CHAIN Without Registering as Traditional Exchanges 🤯🇺🇸🔥 U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is basically giving companies a 5-year window to build and test REAL U.S. stock markets ON-CHAIN without forcing every part of that new system into the OLD regulatory structure from day one. 👀 👉 A qualifying platform trading tokenized stocks can get temporary relief from having to register as a traditional SECURITIES EXCHANGE 👉 Certain companies providing liquidity can get temporary relief from being treated as traditional DEALERS 👉 These can’t just be random tokens tracking Apple, Tesla, etc. — the tokenized stock has to give investors the SAME rights as the actual underlying stock 🔥 👉 And the company behind the original stock gets notified and can OPT OUT ⚠️ Paul Atkins specifically said this lasts 5 YEARS so the market can develop while the SEC figures out the longer-term framework. THIS is how traditional finance actually starts moving ON-CHAIN. 🇺🇸🔥

🚨 SCOTT MELKER ON HOW EVERY STRATEGY PROBLEM GETS SOLVED AT ONCE: "All of these problems disappear if the Bitcoin bull market commences. If Bitcoin's trading at $70, $75, $80, $85, $100,000, $STRC will likely float to par, Strategy stock will go up, all of their obligations will effectively go down, and we won't be talking about this." Every critic. Every concern. Every preferred stock discount. Every Peter Schiff warning. One variable fixes all of it. Bitcoin going up. That is the entire bull case for Strategy in one sentence.

"Pros won’t use generative AI, and when the bubble pops, nobody will ever talk about it again." No. That’s delusional. 1/ Generative AI is already being used professionally at the level of big studios like Disney ($1B to OpenAI), and there’s zero doubt that studios like Industrial Light & Magic, Netflix, Hollywood VFX experts, etc. are already experimenting with it too. Or do you think they’re idiots? They’re not idiots at all. They have the experience and, more importantly, the DISTRIBUTION POWER. The point is: someone with taste, judgment, and storytelling experience, basically from their living room, will have access to (almost, or not even almost) the same capability as the big guys, because the pure "making stuff" skills have been commoditized, and the new way to create is just NATURAL LANGUAGE. What hasn’t been commoditized is good taste, the ability to create great stories that move people, and the ability to get them in front of people. So in the end, what wins is story quality and distribution. Having good taste, making a name for yourself, and owning strong IP (Marvel, etc.) will still matter. That’ll be true right up until AI is genuinely opinionated and can create by itself: if it comes to that, with zero human direction, stuff as good as (or better than) the very best human experts today, and on top of that, interactive in real time... Because yeah: there’s nothing in this universe that actually prevents that from happening. BUT WE’RE NOT THERE. For now, generative AI is a tool that needs direction and taste to make anything decent. And I hope it stays that way for a long time, because otherwise that’s going to be a brutal hit to humanity’s ego. 2/ On the "bubble": you have to distinguish between a stock valuation bubble (possible, I actually believe it) vs a bubble like some people imagine where it "pops" and we never hear about AI again. That obviously makes no sense given how insanely useful it is. It can only grow, and it’s going to grow fast, regardless of any stock market drawdowns (the internet kept growing even when valuations got nuked in 2000). Either way, the near future is going to be extremely interesting.
