$PUMP thesis + trade setup from stream last week $1M a day with worst onchain conditions is notable, one of the few stories in crypto where the issue is actually the narrative & sentiment instead of the actual fundamentals of the business if $SOL onchain picks back up this... show more

If you want to comp $HYPE and $PUMP, you need to comp both revenue and emissions.

Oil at 20x, Gold at 25x, $1M+ depth on day one All of this on Phoenix Currently the best commodities perps on Solana, already live on mainnet • Tightest spreads for commodities perps • Pricing pulled from real tradfi sources, not just onchain feeds • Gold tracks actual XAU, not a tokenized gold proxy Gas fees are sponsored by the protocol And every trade activity happens onchain, so the more people use Phoenix, the more value flows back to SOL

Clemente calls onchain summer a complete scam “Does onchain summer mean a new pump and dump every day 80% of people lose all their money?” “The same pool of money is moving from one coin to another, it’s a skill game of the highest difficulty” “This is NOTHING like the trenches in 2024, I can’t believe people are making money”

CJ from Limitless says they were the first one to list up-down contracts, which now make up around 40% of all onchain revenue "We're the second largest onchain prediction market by revenue. We started in December 2023 building. We first listed up-down contracts back in 2024." "Even though perps are really good for that kind of price discovery, they're still very complicated and hard for people to use." "Not many people agreed with that at the time, but now around 40% of all onchain revenue is generated by this type of contract." "It can extend beyond crypto to commodities and equities and other asset classes as well."

i agree with vlad calling for a SUPERCYCLE There is going to be a lot more retail AND institutional activity this cycle institutions: RWA's onchain, tokenized stocks onchain, stables onchain. they found crypto actually has a purpose. last cycle was the beginning of the ETFs. retail: i've been talking about this for months. mobile is so much easier than last cycle it's really easy for someone not in crypto to get onboarded into crypto with apple pay and gmail integrations and trade anything onchain without having to wait for it to get listed on coinbase or robinhood this happening at the BOTTOM as we're coming out of the bear is insane

The future of wealth management (and all of finserv) is onchain, and we’re already there for ourselves and our clients at 401 Financial. Btw if you believe in all the “tokenization” hype, guess what? You’re a believer in an onchain future too.

Trevor King (flip) says the Robinhood deal is a public 50/50 revenue share across both perps and stock tokens, verifiable onchain. "We have a public 50/50 revenue share with Robinhood, announced about a month ago." "It's 50/50 on both the perpetual futures that trade through the Lighter instance on Robinhood Crypto, and on their stock tokens." "Onchain, you'll see 100% of the revenue come to us, then 50% go back to Robinhood." "So 100% of the revenue we get from this instance goes toward buybacks."

"Sentiment about crypto is close to an all-time low. At the same time that the fundamentals are very clearly at an all-time high." on the gap: "We have some amount of regulatory clarity in the form of the GENIUS bill. We are now at something like $200-300 billion of circulating supply of stablecoins, more than a trillion dollars a month of volume. Many large financial institutions entering the space in a way that is unprecedented." Ollie Forsyth

I think VVV is one of the sleeper plays in crypto" "They have like 4 million users right now. I think they just hit like $100 million annualized revenue" "VVV is one of the applications that has found breakout success and consumer success, which is extremely hard to do with customers that aren't even really crypto-native" "I think the narrative for them as uncensored AI is just great generally going forward" "For the same reason that Bitcoin made a ton of sense, like uncensored money, you should have uncensored access to AI, especially if AI is going to continue to get a lot more impressive over the years" "It's a great trade. It was a really strong leader this year. It went from $1 to $20" "Their numbers are fucking through the roof. They're crushing it" "I think it's rare that a crypto app is crushing it outside of crypto and also has a token attached to it. And the team is focused on delivering value to the token as well" "I like Venice a lot. There's not really much that they're competing with in the AI space right now in crypto"

i’m looking at SOL through a much longer time horizon than current revenue if crypto keeps moving capital and assets onchain, the L1s that become core infrastructure should be valued around the activity they could support over decades Solana today only has a small number of applications generating serious revenue the upside case comes from what happens if that becomes hundreds or thousands of successful businesses built onchain for me, that future activity matters more than a snapshot of L1 economics today

My running theory is that the capital rotates out of AI and back into crypto. The coins we're watching for it are inside. Link in bio or A dollar a month. AI is at all time highs. The stock market is at all time highs. That is the worst thing you can be buying. Crypto is sitting near the lows of this cycle, which is the best thing you can be buying. People will tell you bitcoin is just a beta to stocks, meaning it only moves when stocks move. When someone says that, I know they don't know crypto. There's some truth to it in the risk on sense, but look at the actual data. Stocks have been going crazy and bitcoin stayed flat this entire period. Here's the part nobody brings up. ChatGPT went public in November 2022, the same month bitcoin printed its cycle low. Put two and two together.

📈 Brad Gerstner on the insane revenue numbers coming out of Anthropic: "We had a $6 billion month out of Anthropic in February...It was only a 28-day month. That's more revenue than the annual revenue of Databricks and Snowflake – that are two of the greatest software companies of all time after 12 years, right? They could do, in the first four or five months of this year, the total revenue of SpaceX this year." –Brad Gerstner on The All-In Podcast

[Ansem’s whole edge is front running where liquidity goes next] “Doge is one of the best indicators… every single cycle for where retail is back.” “One of my better trades was BONK in the early days… I bought SOL first, then asked what else I should buy on chain.” “A lot of my trades are just seeing what the market did in the past, then trying to predict what’s gonna do in the future.” This is how Ansem has traded since 2017. He doesn’t overcomplicate it. When a new ecosystem starts catching bids, he looks for the highest beta instead of stopping at the L1. That’s how he landed on BONK after buying SOL. Fast forward to today, and he’s pushing the same thesis with $ANSEM. The bet isn’t only on a token. It’s on bringing more ppl onchain, pulling attention into Solana, and building a community that grows alongside the ecosystem. Crypto changes fast, liquidity doesn’t. It keeps following attention, narratives, and whatever worked last cycle. Ansem 🐂🀄️ just trying to get there before everyone else.

"What is the point of Bitcoin at this point?" 📉🤔 Nick O’Neill doesn't hold back on the state of the market. It’s not acting as a store of value, it’s completely un-correlating from tech stocks while they rip, and the Michael Saylor/MicroStrategy catalyst is flipping negative. If the tech is slow and the OG narrative is shifting, what's the actual thesis for holding?
