Her face lit up like a child on Christmas morning as she recalled the memory of him. She said not to believe the bad things taught to us in the west; Hitler was not a bad man in her eyes. I have also seen many people look at the history, how things played out, uncovered the truth about Hitler and what his plan actually entailed. I believe we were all lied to about who this man was and what his purpose had been, very similarly to you and your brother for going against the “agendas” of specific organizations. It’s easy to rewrite history when you have the tools necessary to do it. Easy to smear someone’s legacy. Easy to make one side look more favourable than the other. People often forget; There are tears shed on both sides of any war.
