A move that’s so obvious nobody bothered to think of it. It’s like looking for your glasses on your head.

I watched that match, and that move was definitely a tactic. I even used it in sparring training later on.

Hold on, you can actually do this ? I thought about it, but I figured there was a reason it wasn't used to break open guards.

I remember hearing that Marciano used this tactic quite a bit. I think he used it to weaken the arms over rounds as opposed to creating an opening though.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey. In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched. So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head? This is another agent that needs to be investigated… Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.

🚨This is very disturbing. ICE agents were filmed assaulting MULTIPLE children, who are U.S. citizens, in Edinburg, TX. In the video, agents are standing around a group of children. One agent shoves a girl out of the way… then punches a 16-year-old in the face. A child. And then it gets worse… A few minutes later, you can see agents escorting a man from his house… and you can hear people yelling: “Where is the warrant?” Because this isn’t complicated… under the Fourth Amendment, you don’t get to enter someone’s home and take them without a warrant. A home is where your rights are strongest. And instead of showing a warrant… they continue to kidnap the man. Meanwhile, ANOTHER minor, already hit by an agent, has blood dripping from his nose… throws his arms around the man being kidnapped… while repeating: You need a warrant! A kid… bleeding… having to remind grown federal agents what the Constitution says. And then it gets even worse. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. This is due process being ignored in real time. This is what it looks like when people with authority decide the Constitution is more of a suggestion than a limit. And before anyone jumps in with the usual… “we don’t know the full story” No. There is no version of this where punching a child in the face is standard procedure. There is no version where you enter a home, don’t show a warrant, and start pulling people out. There is no version where putting hands on a 14-year-old like that is justified. If this were happening in any other context… people would be calling it what it is immediately. This is federal agents abusing children.

Trans porn star allegedly stabs man who wouldn’t have sex — over religious differences Transgender porn model La’Rose Sainte allegedly stabbed a man who rejected having sex with the adult content creator because Sainte isn’t Jewish. The victim told Miami Dade County police they met three weeks prior to the incident and that he invited the Sainte to his apartment on Feb. 19, according to arrest records. Sainte, 30, who has neck and forehead tattoos and posts explicit videos on X and Fansly, allegedly flew into a rage when the victim said they wouldn’t have sex because Sainte is not Jewish, authorities said. Sainte, allegedly demanded his car keys and money, and when the man tried to escape to the bathroom Sainte attacked — pushing him to the ground and repeatedly punching him in the face, police said. The man escaped his apartment but returned when he heard the sounds of Sainte destroying his home, including a mirror, refrigerator door handle and two pairs of sunglasses worth a combined $300, authorities said. Sainte allegedly grabbed a piece of glass from the shattered mirror and attempt to stab the victim as he held up his arms to defend himself, causing minor cuts on his left hand, along with facial injuries from being struck, cops said. Sainte, who is also named Jacob Todd Pabellon according to the affidavit, fled but was quickly pulled over by police and was found with the victim’s home, car and lock keys, according to authorities. The transgender porn model was arrested on battery and theft charges. Sainte was released from jail on “his own recognizance” by Judge Marisa Tinkler-Mendez and is scheduled to be arraigned on April 20, according to the Miami DA’s office. “If yall really believe that story that’s going around is the truth I hate that for everyone….. I’m definitely gonna have to tell my side of the story because this is absolutely insane and the way I was lied on is beyond horrible,” Sainte wrote on X. Sainte did not respond to a request for comment.

Holy crap can we say Excessive Force? 😱 It was late at night on Highway 18 near Manila, Arkansas, when trooper Moisses Arellano clocked 18-year-old Alisa Hackett driving 71 mph in a 60-mph zone. When he approached the car, he noticed her emergency lights were on, her plate was covered, she wasn't wearing a seatbelt, and an open bottle sat on the passenger seat. Initially the trooper was just going to give her a citation, but then he learned that Hackett had been pulled over just days prior and let go with a verbal warning for similar infractions. Deciding that leniency was no longer an option, the trooper informed her she was under arrest. As Arellano reached for her wrist to handcuff her, she began turning around, questioning why she was being arrested, and pulling her arms away. Claiming she was actively resisting, officer Arellano took her down to the asphalt. According to his report, once she was on the ground, she refused repeated commands to roll over onto her stomach. To gain compliance, the trooper delivered a closed-fist strike directly to the left side of her face. The resulting dashcam footage triggered immediate outrage, leading high-profile civil rights attorneys Ben Crump and Luther Sutter to file a federal civil rights lawsuit (Case No. 3:26-cv-00230 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas). Brought under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, the complaint targets Trooper Arellano in his individual capacity, alleging two distinct constitutional violations: —Fourth Amendment (Excessive Force): Arguing that punching a non-violent, unarmed teenager who posed no immediate threat was a disproportionate, punitive measure when lesser options were available. —First Amendment (Retaliation): Arguing that the physical escalation was a direct punishment for Hackett's verbal objections and refusal to remain submissive, which constitute protected speech. The lawsuit also challenges the defense of qualified immunity, asserting that no reasonable officer could believe a closed-fist punch to the face is a lawful response to a teenager pulling her arm away. Where do you draw the line—was this a necessary takedown of a resisting suspect, or a clear-cut case of excessive force?

🚨BREAKING: In Danbury, Connecticut, multiple ICE agents have a man pinned to the ground… and instead of handcuffing him… they stepped on him, beat him, and then TASED him… causing him to have a SEIZURE. In the video, the man is pulled from a car and is face down on the pavement, with his feet still inside the vehicle. There are MULTIPLE agents on top of him. He does not appear to be actively fighting back, punching, kicking at the agents, attacking anyone, or trying to flee. He is simply lying on the ground. One agent is seen stepping on the man, with his full weight, and repeatedly bouncing on him, before appearing to kick him in the face. Then, while an agent is kneeling on the man’s back, he pulls out his taser and points it at him… as another agent walks around the car, with a second taser, and tases him. The agents pull the man’s arms behind his back and handcuff him… as the man has a seizure. And let’s be clear about what happened… Refusing to put your hands behind your back is NOT the same thing as actively fighting law enforcement. And ICE’s own use-of-force policy specifically categorizes electronic control weapons, like tasers, as a higher level of force than basic physical control techniques. Its policy says intermediate force may be used only when there is no reasonably effective, safe, feasible alternative available. And a taser is NOT supposed to be used as a punishment for someone who isn’t complying with an order. The purpose of force is to gain control of a situation… not to punish someone for refusing to comply. So, when MULTIPLE agents already have a man physically surrounded and pinned down, and he isn’t actively attacking them, or attempting to escape… Why was an ELECTRICAL WEAPON necessary? Being difficult to handcuff does not give federal agents permission to use whatever force they want. Especially when that force can cause seizures and other serious medical complications. Which is why accountability matters. Because when armed, masked federal agents believe there will be no consequences for using excessive force, there is nothing stopping the next encounter from becoming even worse. The Constitution doesn’t disappear because someone is being detained by ICE. ICE agents are not above the law.

#EastEnders WHAT A DUFF DUFF! 😢💔😭✨ THE JULIA'S THEME!!!!! 😭😭😭💔💔💔 Devastatingly powerful scenes at the end of tonight's episode as Zoe's corpse is taken out of the Vic whilst the Albert Square residents watch in complete bemusement as Zoe's death begins to send shockwaves through the Square. 💔😢 Haunting moments when the Julia's theme started to play as Alfie attempts to hold his family together whilst he props up a completely broken and devastated Kat. Kat in complete denial at this point that is so raw and so real as she struggles to come to terms with the fact that her daughter has gone and forgets to say goodbye to her. 💔😢 Jessie Wallace gives some of best performances to date in today's episode as Kat remains completly at a loss over Zoe's tragic death. The Walford residents watching in complete shock as Zoe's body is taken away - this must've stirred up so many bad memories for Sharon especially following Denny's death - regardless of Sharon's feelings towards Zoe before she died - no mother ever deserves to lose a child that they hold so dear to them and Sharon knows that better then anyone. I hope Sharon and Kat can be united through their shared grief in the wake of Zoe's death 💔😢 I hope this also leads to Yolande and Patrick making amends with Jasmine - the thought of her having no one other then her family to lean onto must be devastating and it's heartbreaking moments like this one which help to bring people together at times of crisis and I think Jasmine needs the Fox/Truemans more then ever right now. It's the perfect time to integrate Jasmine within the Fox/Trueman/Slater fold and make her into a more rounded character. I've always thought her scenes outside the Slaters were stronger but I think tonight proved to be the opposite as she really stood out within the dynamic today. Jasmine shows potential to be a strong long term character and I hope the show continues to establish her with better writing and direction - Jasmine has potential beyond Zoe's death imo. The moment when the camera focused on Suki and Eve was also heartbreaking - Eve remaining strong attempting to put on a brave face as Suki looks away seeking comfort in Eve's arms. What makes this final scene even more powerful and incredibly significant is how Zoe's death impacts the whole Walford community in completely different ways. The way Zoe felt that she was so isolated feeling so alone with only Kat fighting her corner but in the end the whole Square cared about her even if they didn't share a scene with her. Zoe's death has ripped a hole in the fabric of the Albert Square community and Walford won't feel the same without her. 💔😢 As sad as I am with the way Zoe was killed off considering she's such a huge legacy character - Tonight's episode was heartbreaking and felt like the perfect send off for such a significant character who created one of the most ICONIC moments in Albert Square history. After Martin's death last year - this death feels even more devastating and I think killing off Zoe Slater when she still had so much potential with 20 years of history to explore was such a huge mistake. 💔😢 A huge congratulations to everyone involved in tonight's gut punching episode. The show is so good at portraying these kind of eps focusing solely on one storyline. Jessie Wallace, Sonny Kendell, Gillian Wright, Shane Richie and Indeyarna Donaldson Holness were absolutely spine tingling today 😱💔😢 This week is going to be such a difficult and emotional week ahead for not only the Slater family but Albert Square as a whole as they come to terms with Zoe's death. The rest of this week is going to be such an emotional watch. I'm glad that Zoe got the much deserved Julia's theme in tonight's episode. The perfect end for a much loved character. ✨❤️🥺
