अभी गया था मैं कुछ वक्त पहले ऋषिकेश ये तो गाँव है वहां शहर की रोड ऐसी हों रखी थी कहने को बायपास रोड थी पर ट्रैफिक वहीं से जा रहा था ।

Punjab once had best roads during badal era, and I have seen then getting bad to worst in last 10 years, no repair no upgrades. All in all other than NH, nothing happened on roads.
