"Agents really love files. They might need to tap into files you've curated or want to share with them — but you probably want a partitioned file system that only the agent has access to and can't touch other things." Aaron Levie spoke at Daytona's Compute Conference with Mark Suster on why agents need file systems and why getting that foundation right is one of the most important infrastructure decisions enterprises will make.

A passenger on a FlyDubai flight heading to Israel from Dubai described the chaos aboard the plane when a co-pilot, according to Israeli officials, may have tried to crash the plane after stabbing the other pilot. "Suddenly the airplane dropped, massive turbulence for 20, 30 seconds, and then balanced, and then once again dropped for ten seconds, and balanced again, and then we saw that, in the front of the aircraft there was a riot," Almog Italie said. After the stabbing incident, passengers held the co-pilot down while another pilot on board landed the plane safely in Saudi Arabia, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. A statement from FlyDubai said only that "an altercation occurred in the flight deck" and that the aircraft "was successfully secured by on-duty FlyDubai crew traveling on the flight, who diverted and landed the aircraft safely." Passengers later boarded another flight to Tel Aviv.

Obsidian 1.8.3 is now available to all for desktop and mobile! - Web viewer. New core plugin lets you open external links within Obsidian on desktop. This makes it easier to read linked content without leaving the app and improves multitasking for web research. The plugin can be enabled manually in settings. - Improved iCloud sync. Obsidian no longer waits to confirm that configuration files have synced. - New mobile onboarding. This guided flow helps new mobile users create and sync a vault. - New "Download attachments for current file" command. Downloads all externally embedded images and replaces the external links with internal embeds. A few notable improvements: - When modifying a numbered list, the numbers are now updated automatically. - Pressing Enter in a multi-line list item now continues the list properly. - New "Insert footnote" command. Footnote autocomplete now provides a fallback to create a new footnote if no match is found. - Tags view now includes search. - File Explorer now includes an option to automatically reveal the active file. - Outline now has an "Auto-scroll to current section" option. - Sync now has a new view option, "Hide my changes," which hides your own file changes in a shared Obsidian sync vault. - Recently used commands now appear at the top of the command palette. - "Search current file" search bar now displays the total number of results. - "Insert template" command now sorts templates by file path and displays folder names. - , , and tags with relative src paths are now rendered in Live Preview and Reading mode. - Graph view no longer considers Canvas files as attachments. See the changelog for dozens more improvements and bug fixes.

🚨No matter how you feel about the UFO files... Just remember, the best is yet to come I know that sounds flippant, but its not. What we had today was the first of many historical dumps from DOW, NASA and the FBI. I also noticed that the file structure went from /release_1 to /release_2 and the last file was pulled. So we can expect more, this is being echoed by Rep. Tim Burchett and Rep. Burlison. Lets not forget where the sugar is though.. DOE among many other agencies have not contributed as of yet. Will they? Well that remains too be seen, and if they don't its even more telling. Look past the files, read between the lines. Ask yourself about the NASA files with astronaut testimony reporting seeing 'things' up there in space. I have found the NASA files to be the most interesting so far. How does NASA carry on bullshitting us along after this? I know it feels kinda meh... but there are a lot of little gems in those files. #UFOtwitter #uapX #uapfiles #disclosure

Finally getting some time to upgrade a few things on Curater. Mostly back-end, preparing the ground for the next set of changes. The new feed is more focused on the intention of the curation. And also tweaking the model to identify details on images and generate useful questions for users to engage – still not a lot of engagement on pinning, but it will happen... I still believe the pinning as the main piece for the TasteScope engine.

How to use the new Icon Composer with an existing Xcode project: 1. Make a new icon file 2. Drag it into your Xcode project (Move into) 3. Xcode should prioritize that over previous AppIcon files 4. Close the Icon Composer file 5. Click on Icon in Xcode 6. Open in Icon Composer (Make edits now) Things to Note: 1. Xcode will render the new static icon for previous macOS versions (Sequioa) 2. If you drag the app icon around your Dock, you may not see the app icon update unless you drag it off the Dock (Stop the app) 3. You may need to Clean + Run to see the icon update 4. Change the "Primary App Icon Set Name" to choose between multiple Composer files.

We just figured out what cases the "boost bug", it's the fucking ragdolls. Whenever you die while standing on a ragdoll your client side collision will be permanently disabled for that player. This happens because the game disables player collision whenever your ragdoll touches another ragdoll, the ragdoll entity is actually the same entity as your entire player. You can reproduce this by killing a bot, standing on his ragdoll and then killing yourself, next round you'll have "boost bug". Also to clarify, "boost" is incorrect, all the collision from all sides will be broken, not just when boosting. By running "cl_player_ragdolls_collide 1" (sv_cheats required) it will completely fix the boost bug, but also enable collisions between ragdolls. This bug pretty much got introduced whenever Valve disabled ragdoll collisions because people were piling them on top of each other. With this information it should be absolutely trivial for Valve to finally fix this bug, it's all about just getting to reproduce the bugs.

update: qwen 3.6 27b dense q4 just one shotted octopus invaders game on a single 3090. hermes agent drove the whole thing, ~41 tok/s gen 21gb vram at full 262k context, thinking mode on. one prompt in and the canonical multi-file space shooter benchmark out, the same exact prompt i ran on qwen 3.5 27b dense back in march on the same card. 3.5 needed one external scope bug fix before the game would even load on first play. 3.6 needed nothing. 11 of 11 files written, 2411 lines of code, zero steering interventions, zero external fixes, playable on first load. 16 minutes 41 seconds wall clock from prompt to playable. consumer tier king on a single 3090 is locked tonight, and the silicon underneath my desk did not change between march and now. the open source ecosystem just moved the floor. watch it ship itself, the full 16 minutes 41 seconds sped to 3 minutes 45, no human touched the keyboard between the first prompt and the final frame.

Port-A-Bunkers are broken in-game & UEFN Fortnite Status Fortnite Developers Flak You can’t place them on the side of walls/buildings anymore, you can’t place them on roofs, and you can’t attach them to the corner of another bunker like before. The same problems are happening in UEFN, plus bunkers are now going through landscape that previously worked, and they no longer behave properly with static meshes, including custom meshes and cliff gallery meshes. The 40.10 update was supposed to address bunkers going through landscape, but that issue was rare and already had many workarounds/fixes, as it was a bug since day 1 of UEFN. Now the fix has created even more problems across both the live game and UEFN.

Here’s to those who prioritize people over the prize. Who notice when someone needs help. Who stop amidst the hustle, the striving, even the competition, to offer aid and support. There will always be another point to win, another match to play, another finish line to cross. How we treat each other along the way is a measure of a victory far more important. May we never become so focused on winning that we fail to notice someone who needs us. May we compete fiercely and still care deeply. That is sportsmanship. That is humanity. That is winning. op: @sports_universe4u

Key statements by chief designer of Fire Point company Denys Shtilerman Denys Shtilierman on the Ukrainian FP-7 and FP-9 ballistic missiles: ▪️ The FP-7 ballistic missile will soon be tested against targets in Russia. ▪️ A clone of the S-300 missile has been developed for existing launchers. After integration with radar systems - a complex process - it could form the basis of an anti-ballistic shield under the Freya project. ▪️ The missiles are cheaper than the original S-300 due to simplification and the use of new manufacturing technologies. ▪️ The missile can also be used as a cheaper analogue of ATACMS. This is how the FP-7 missile with a range of up to 300 km, depending on the warhead, was developed. ▪️ The FP-7 warhead is expected to be larger than that of ATACMS, while the missile itself will cost 2.5 times less. ▪️ The developers say they are ready to produce as many FP-7 missiles as ordered. Unlike Flamingo, which currently faces engine production issues, FP-7 has no manufacturing bottlenecks. ▪️ Combat use of the FP-7 is expected to begin before summer. ▪️ The longer-range FP-9 ballistic missile is also intended, among other things, for strikes on Moscow - according to the developers, attacks on provincial targets do not impress Russia’s top leadership. ▪️ Tests of the FP-9 are expected to begin in early summer. The engine is currently being finalized. The missile’s range is up to 800 km. ▪️ FP-9 will be difficult to intercept: the speed of the Iskander-M is about 800 m/s, while FP-9 is expected to reach 1200 m/s. ▪️ The goal is for 25% of the missiles to penetrate Moscow’s air defenses and hit their targets. Cruise missiles and drones cannot reach targets in Moscow because they are intercepted. ▪️ Our luck is that in Russia the cost of missile production is inflated several times over because of theft.
