jihoon’s tmap behind the scenes and why he slept in jaehyuk and haruto’s room 😹 🐶 why did I sleep in Jaehyuk and Ruto’s room? first of all, because it was fun. when I went to the room, it was around 1AM? 2 AM? we were all playing games together like Liar and Mafia until really late around 1-2 am. 🐶 after that, we all brushed our teeth. I was feeling a bit hot, so I went outside for some fresh air and then came back in, but Junghwan and Junkyu were already basically ready to sleep. like so close to actually going to bed. 🐶 but I still wasn’t sleepy at all. the room was small, so if I used my phone on the bed, the light would bother everyone. I lay down for a bit, but it felt like they couldn’t sleep because of me, and they were just being cautious 🐶 so I told Junghwan and Junkyu “you guys sleep on the bed, I’ll go sleep in the next room. I think I’ll sleep late, and you might not be able to sleep because of me.” 🐶 I just went to the next room without asking for permission. when I went in, the guys really didn’t like it at first. but honestly, if you only watch the edited version, it does look kind of harsh 🐶 at first, Jaehyuk and Ruto were kind of against it, but then the 3 of us ended up watching baseball and having fun. SO! in the beginning they were against it, in the middle we were having fun together. and at the end, when they were trying to sleep, i kept wanting to joke around, so I teased them a lot 🐶 those parts of me joking around at the end were shown a lot. bc that day, Hyunsuk hyung and Doyoung slept early, Yoshi slept too, and so did Jeongwoo and Asahi. the only ones awake were Watanabe Haruto and Yoon Jaehyuk. 🐶 when I first went in I was like, “whatever im not asking for permission”. I just went in cause why do I need permission? it’s just us. then we hung out, watched baseball, talked about random stuff, and had fun 🐶 when it was time to sleep, they were like 🦁🦋 hyung, let’s sleep now 🐶 so I said okay, but once the lights were off, I just really wanted to mess around, so I kept joking and had fun

We love their songs too. 🐶: For real! 🐹: Oh, but your phone wallpaper...? 🦊: Yes, my phone wallpaper actually changes every week and this week, I'm doing my best to exercise so I set it to Kazuha sunbaenim who gives me the motivation to work out. jihoon talked about his germany trip 🥹 he visited the bauhaus in dessau, the meisterhäuser, bauhaus school building and student dorms, bauhaus museum, and the neue nationalgalerie 🐶 there’s a famous photo taken on the balconies of the student dorms.. the one where students gather and look down below. but as i was looking at that directly from underneath…woah, it’s seriously killing it. i looked straight up and because it was snowing so much, the sky was all white.. woah, this is modernism. everything is pure white and just.. it was very good 🐶 if you go to the bauhaus museum, there are things like marcel breuer chairs, wassily chairs.. there’s a lot of exhibition 🐶 since it’s in german, i’m looking at them one by one using papago. looking at just one thing took so much time, i was getting so drained but it was seriously amazing 🐶 looking at mies van der rohe’s chairs and things like that in person, hah… i want to buy them and take them if korea was a close country 🐶 if you go to the neue nationalgalerie, mies van der rohe did that, he built it. they recently did the saint laurent show there too 🐶 seeing things like that.. truly in the world, there really is a lot to learn. woah really, in the world there are many pretty and diverse things, and you see as much as you know. since you see as much as you know, i should read many books, and look things up a lot, i thought a lot of things like that so i have fun even if i go alone 🐶 it’s so much fun even if i go on a trip alone. people around me said who goes to germany in january? everyone was like why go to germany when you could go elsewhere in europe? but i found germany really fun? it was really really fun. so it depends on a person’s taste. wherever you go, off season or peak season, all that is meaningless actually, if you just have the will yourself. no matter what others say, if there is something i find fun, then i go and play, that’s how it is 🐶 you’re surprised because i know as much as a major? well, for me, if i like something, i look it up and dig into it really deeply, so i guess that’s why.. i know things i like well, but i don’t know things i don’t like very well. there are pros and cons 🐶 actually, even though you have to transfer to get to berlin and the flight.. and the language doesn’t work at all, if i have something i want to see, and there’s something i want to feel by going there, and i have that kind of will, i think a person can do anything 🐶 yeah right~ german art is really diverse, and kind of underrated? that’s right~ the fine art galleries are also really well done 🐶 when i went to berlin, other than going to galleries or things like that, i only bought clothes once. shopping.. i went just once in a vintage shop 🐶 and the galleries, really everyone has them done so so well, and germany is.. it’s good to go after knowing some historical things too. seeing those things in person, many thoughts came to mind

Crazy comparison here. This is what a pinched nerve at C7 looks like. 6 weeks ago I did 43 push-ups, today I failed on rep 9. In the 2nd video, I fail rep 2 on the left and then very easily do 20 on the right. The weirdest part is that the push-ups don't really feel hard, like in the muscular fatigue sense when you get near failure, I just physically can't do very many. Same with the skull crusher. Like that one rep didn't feel hard, like a normal max effort lift would. It just felt like my arm just wasn't working, sort of like I couldn't really control it. It's a really, really weird feeling. And I only have this weakness issue with things involving my left tricep. Any other exercise on my left arm, like a curl or dumbbell lateral raise, the strength is equal to the right. This is my first time ever having a true nerve injury, and it is not fun. Not sure what caused it. There is no one incident or anything recently. I've had neck issues on and off for the past 15 years, but nothing like this. In January I started getting kind of a deep ache in my upper back anytime I did things involving my upper back, like rowing, skier, burpees, wall balls, et cetera. In March, after a zone 2-type workout (literally the day after I posted the 43 pushups video) where I was alternating between burpees, rowing, skier sled push, and wall balls, I felt my back start to tighten up. Pain got worse over the next few hours and then I literally couldn't sleep for two days. Worst pain I’ve ever felt. I saw a doctor, got an MRI, tried prednisone, which helped, but once the 10-day course ended and it wore off, the weakness came back. Good news is the pain is much less now, it's just the weakness. And I can run and bike mostly pain free. Really hope the cervical epidural works tomorrow otherwise surgery is the only option.

This scene from Louis CK's show captures something about love I haven't seen anywhere else: The only thing sadder than feeling pain in the midst of loss is not feeling anything at all, because a lack of emotion would mean you didn't have something worth cherishing in the first place. This particular exchange is about breakups but it applies to any form of loss: moving cities, losing a friend, changing jobs, etc. Here's the transcript: Old Man: So you took a chance on being happy, even though you knew that later on you would be sad. Louis: Yeah. Old Man: And now... you're sad. Louis: Yeah. Old Man: So... what's the problem? Louis: I'm too sad.... Look, I liked the feeling of being in love with her. I liked it. But now she's gone and I miss her and it sucks. And I didn't think it was going to be this bad, and I feel like, why even be happy if it's just going to lead to this, you know? It wasn't worth it. Old Man: You know, misery is wasted on the miserable. Louis: What? Old Man: You know, I'm not entirely sure what your name is, but you are a classic idiot. You think spending time with her, kissing her, having fun with her, you think that's what it was all about? That was love? Louis: Yeah. Old Man: THIS is love. Missing her, because she's gone. Wanting to die.... You're so lucky. You're like a walking poem. Would you rather be some kind of a fantasy? Some kind of a Disney ride? Is that what you want? Don't you see? This is the good part. This is what you've been digging for all this time. Now you finally have it in your hand, this sweet nugget of love, sweet, sad love, and you want to throw it away. You've got it all wrong. Louis: I thought this was the bad part. Old Man: No! The bad part is when you forget her, when you don't care about her, when you don't care about anything. The bad part is coming, so enjoy the heartbreak while you can, for God's sakes.

jihoon talking about working even harder from now on and his solo album someday… 🥹 🐶 (yonghwa hyung told me) “you did really well, seriously, you did well.” since he kept giving me lots of compliments like that, it made me feel really good. and it also gave me motivation, like i should work even harder from now on.. going forward, i want to work harder, keep practicing, and keep building the identity of the things i like… i don’t want to stop. i want to always work hard and not be lazy. in the end, it all comes back to me, and eventually it becomes one of the many ways i express myself as a singer 🐶 hyung said a lot of good things to me, praised me a lot, and even gave me a ring, so all of that was great but apart from that, i just felt proud somehow 🐶 so someday.. maybe when a solo album comes out, or- treasure is working really hard right now too, and i hope there’s no misunderstanding in what i’m saying. i love treasure. i’m doing treasure activities, but at the same time, there could be a day when i do music activities on my own too, right? you could say i’d be doing both in parallel 🐶 when that day comes, i want to really melt in a lot of identity, something that looks cool to people who know, and also looks cool to people who don’t. from one to a hundred, i want to think deeply about everything. i work with a lot of references honestly, my studio is full of them 🐶 (…) i’m always preparing. of course, i think a lot about the team too, and i think deeply about team activities as well. but i’m also doing a lot on my own, looking for references in the studio, talking with composer hyungs, working on various demos and things like that 🐶 whenever it is, someday… whether it comes out fast or slow.. someday.. if there’s an opportunity to come out properly after being prepared, that’s good too 🐶 either way, i’m going to do it someday. i have to do that before i leave this world. if i ever quit being a singer, i have to quit after doing what i want to do. i can’t quit without doing it. whether it’s fast or slow, i’ll do it eventually 🐶 so because the future is something i look forward to, a person can’t stop. some people might think this is like giving false hope and i get how this situation could look like that, but i don’t think that way. i’m definitely going to do it. and i need something i’m chasing like that so i can work harder, love the things i love even more, move my body, and live happily. i think of it as a goal point, and i’m chasing it hard… it’s fun~ 💬 i’m always rooting for you 🐶 i know very well that you always support me~ i’m so thankful. soso thankful, really. because of that support, when i’m able to release something, i want to put out something more perfect. not something that just looks like it quoted a rock concept and made something out of it, but something that really took that rock concept and those sounds and genuinely did something with them. if i were just going to do it halfway like that, i wouldn’t be loving this so much, grinding this hard, and practicing this much. i want to do it boldly, the way i truly feel.. haha it’s like that~ 🐶 so until that day comes, i’ll avoid things that are bad for my throat, take care of my health, and work hard. starting this year, i’ve been doing vocal training again, since december 2025, i’ve gone back into vocal correction, taking lessons on days without schedules. i need to work on my vocals too. 2026 is a year where i want to sing even better, everyone

Time for a bounce house update. After some quick bookings right when I got started, messages/interest slowed waaaay down. Not going to lie, I wondered if I made a mistake buying them. To be fair, I wasn't putting any effort in. Wyatt | Local Business Growth and I had been talking for a while, and I decided to give him a chance and he quickly built a website, and got it ranking with his local SEO magic. He's been great to work with, even though I haven't given him much to work with (no gbp yet), and since the site has been live, bookings have started rolling in. Getting him onboard made all the difference. We've got 2 next week, and 2 the week after. As I've had reps, I've gotten faster at setup and especially takedown. Still, I've realized this business isn't for me. We'll get our money back, and I do want to buy one more, an obstacle course inflatable, so we'll have to keep the rentals coming in for a while. And even after everything is paid off, I probably won't turn down rental opportunities (I'm sure every Memorial Day and 4th of July will be booked), but it's just a little fun money side-hustle. Residential small ticket is hard. Everyone wants to ask about lowering prices, and then there's lots of logistics (figuring out setup time, pickup time, party ended early and they want to know if we can get there quicker, etc.). All for an average rental of $300. Which is still amazing for very little work, but it doesn't feel worth the hassle or worth trying to grow. The best part is how much my kids love them. I thought they'd be tired of them by now, but they love them. The inflatables have been worth it for that alone. We usually setup one a week and leave it in our backyard for 2 days before putting it away.

This is where I have to share my raw feelings about Rivian software currently on R1. The software experience they have created is good. It’s their own, with their software stack that they control. With that said, we have to stop making excuses for longstanding bugs. Like Quinn Nelson had posted about long ago, having to do multiple Resets, logins and out to get core functionality to work is not the experience we should be having. I know Rivian and Wassym do not want this. I also know they are working on R2 stuff as well. As a person who has spent real money on 4 Rivian’s with 3 R2 reservation between me and hubby, we are huge fans. Have helped many become Rivian owners as well. But the long outstanding bugs are starting to boil over. It’s dragging the software reliability down. Apple Music has been in Rivian vehicles for just about 2 years now. We are past the stage of it being “new”. Spatial Audio is a key music feature, and for me, and plenty of others, you have to turn that off sometimes just to get music to play. I shouldn’t have to do that. Plus, you can’t change that feature while the vehicle is in drive. So then you have to pull over and fiddle with it just to get it work and sometimes it doesn’t. Rivian assistant can’t do it either. Among other issues, like HVAC preconditioning, unstable cabin temps, GPS locking issues, profile switching not getting right or switching profile after the driver has gotten in, mobile app live activities not functioning properly, and more. The live activities is important, because we don’t have a notification for charging start stop/complete except for charging complete on DCFC, so on a level 2 charger, I don’t know if there is an issue with charging if the live activities don’t appear. Same for HVAC if it’s not showing up I have to keep opening the app to check to see what the temperature is. If you aren’t going to push me a notification that the cabin is at the temp I selected in favor of the live activities, then the live activities has to work. I could go on, but I really love my Rivian. I love the brand, I love what they want to do. And I think R2 is going to change the market for most things, but I want their focus to be on software and stability. Focus on polish, focus on features that many people want, don’t over complicate those things. Example, valet mode should be here by now that locks down speed acceleration and access to certain parts of the vehicle. Basic Pin to drive, not the multi factors drive one that depends on your phone and vehicle having an internet connection. Speedy, clean, stable software is always a win. I know Wassym Bensaid and plenty of others at Rivian can do this. We have seen it before and seen what they can do. The YouTube app is by far the best app they have added. I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s responsive, and works. Everything needs to work like that across the board. Please guy let me help in anyway I can, I just want the best for you and the community and customers. Let’s focus on that. I know some will see this as a complete complaining post but it’s not. It’s a plead to make the experience better for everyone and making the Rivian software the best software it can be.

Today, I'm announcing that I am suspending my campaign for United States Senate. And I'm doing it with a deep, deep sense of gratitude. For our thousands of volunteers, for everyone who donated what you could — building a campaign with zero corporate PAC dollars. For my staff, who built this team up from nothing. I thank you. For my family. For Ray, who believed in me long before I ever believed in myself. And for Noa. Our five-year-old, who presses her hands up against the window to wave goodbye every morning when I leave for work. "Remember, Mom," she reminded me recently. "It's not about if you win. It's about trying hard and having fun." She's right. So I want to be very clear about what this announcement is not. I may be suspending this campaign, but I am not leaving the fight. I never planned on politics. After the 2016 election, I felt lost. I picked up my phone and typed five words into the search bar: "How to run for office." And here's what I learned: when regular people get in the fight, things can change. In my very first election, we flipped a district against the incumbent. Four years later — with so many of you — we flipped the Michigan Senate for the first time in nearly forty years. And we didn’t stop at winning. We repealed Michigan's abortion ban. We raised wages. We made sure every child gets breakfast and lunch at school. We made it easier to go to college. We expanded civil rights and voting rights. And so, so much more. These wins took thousands of us — showing up every single day, refusing to give up when there were setbacks. That's why I'm staying in this fight. And why I need you to stay in it with me. Now, I haven’t been shy about calling for new leadership and a better Democratic Party. I mean it. The energy is there. People are crying out for change. And we owe it to them to listen. Then we need to build it up, together, from the ground up. So here's what we do next. Every day through November 3rd. We win this Senate seat and send Mike Rogers back to Florida for good. Whoever wins this primary on August 4th will have my full support. Then, let’s elect Jocelyn Benson as our next Governor. Let’s flip the State House, and expand our majority in the State Senate. Let’s elect Democrats up and down the ticket and show the rest of this country what it means to fight like Michigan. Ten years ago, I started this work heartbroken, typing five words into a search bar. And I learned the only thing that has ever really changed this country: ordinary people who love something enough to fight for it. I love this country. I love Michigan. And I love the little girl who waves at me from the window every morning, trusting the grown-ups to leave her a state and a country worth inheriting. That's who I'm fighting for. And I'm not going anywhere. I hope you'll join me.

Caller: ...husband. We've been together for about seven years, got married last year, and about six months ago, I entered an affair with another man. Started out as something fun I know that's stupid but it turned into something a lot more emotional than I expected. And now, at this point, I just don't know what to do. I mean, I do know what to do, but I don't know what to do at the same time. My husband doesn't know what's going on. The other gentleman does know that I am married. I don't want to leave my husband, but I don't want to break things off with this other gentleman either John Delony: So let me, let me give you another side to this, okay? Number one: I don't think you love your husband. I think you love the idea of the security that seven-plus years of a quasi-stable relationship bring. I also think deep down you understand that you are with somebody of so little character that he doesn't mind blowing up another family so he can hook up with somebody. Let me ask you this: what was it about seven years with the guy that became your husband... what about that relationship? Caller: It's been difficult. We've had a lot of ups and downs. I suffer from mental illness, I'm a recovering drug addict. So he's been with me through a lot of stuff, and I felt like I owed my life to him for pulling me out of everything. I don't feel like we're compatible in a lot of ways because I like a lot of emotional touch, a lot of affirmation, and I don't feel like I get that. John Delony: Why did you marry him? Caller: I felt like I owed it to him, honestly, for everything that he went through with me. John Delony: I'm going to tell you, cheating on your husband's not right. Never is it okay. I'm going to tell you, I think you should go talk to your pastor or your counselor and sit down and say, "Here's what's happening.

I'm going to tell you, I think you should go talk to your pastor or your counselor and sit down and say, "Here's what's happening.

Botox makes women angry + gives them perma-resting bitch face AND ultra-left Geoff rage about the King. 1. Fazio builds mostly unwalkable courses — so you never see push-carts or cost-per rounders. Automatic GOAT status for that alone. 2. He is the OG of hiding cart paths. 3. He’s been given less than ideal pieces of property on many occasions and turned them into art. 4. He gives every owner EXACTLY what he wants each and every time - no gimmick holes ever. 5. The only people who turn down rounds at his clubs do it for show and already get their rounds for free. 6. He’s never built 90 yard unmowable carnival greens with 7 troughs for people who carry Mackenzies, listen to Grateful Dead + walk barefoot for *sick* Instagram retro pics. 7. The King never puts eyelashes in bunkers, so chops don’t lose balls in them or have to take an unplayable - which is exactly what Geoff described as, “landscape design architecture.” Having talked to other architects at length (because they love to hear themselves speak) or short bursts (because they have eccentric personalities), Tom Fazio is the funniest, most down to earth, not full of himself or his opinion, architect in the game this moment. He recalls holes in detail from 30 years ago like I can recall Jimmy Buffet lyrics. He is engaging. Sharp as a tack. Absolutely loves the game and STILL plays fast as shit at 81. If Billionaires stop what they are doing to listen to the man speak, show some respect. There’s a reason why he’s never been kicked off a project for arguing with an owner. Geoff is a great writer, however, that library tells the story of a very “frustrated” man. I’m sorry he didn’t restore Augusta to Mackenzie — blame the membership, not the King. Love you Geoff(!) + the nerds who think you’re the John Calvin of Golf Architecture.
