Hello @AxisBank My account went under debit freeze for reasons I don't know But I was called to my nearby Axis Bank branch, I visited and justified all my transactions and even provided them a handwritten letter(as asked) and was Informed that the account will be unfreezed

Why is my card not redispatched? What a poor service your bank is providing. Even after repeatedly talking to the customer service officer, I am not getting any proper response. Your bank is providing the worst service in India.

7 days and still my own money is blocked. SR No. 260807999871. No clear reason, no resolution—only repeated instructions to ‘wait for the ticket to close.’ This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation, removal of the debit freeze, and a clear resolution date.

Axis bank is corrupt to core. Specifically the Koramangala branch just sits arse on the work they got to do. Lured me into opening accounts in kids name on pretext of burgundy salary account and have siphoned funds from account . Nobody seems to care at axis
