I've used Debrox for decades, about once every six months. Good product. I just did one of my ears a half hour ago. I'll do the other one later today.

Growing up I went to the doctor every month to get my "wrong type of ear wax flushed out. When I was 21 I went to a naturepath who flushed my clogged ears with Irish moss extract (iodine), then said flush with Hydrogen peroxide when I shower. I had clean ears ever since.

Nope excessive wax comes out by it's own, chewing and walking facilitate it's movement out

I have hearing aids so every time I put those in my ears I push the wax further in. For years now I use H2O2 to clean out my ears.
