🐻‍❄️ Putin explained the war using polar bears and orcas When you’ve spent four years explaining why you started a war and still haven’t managed to make it sound convincing. “Look, kids, the orca attacked the polar bear — so we had no choice but to invade Ukraine.”

Over a million Russians dead, wounded or missing in his "special military operation" and they laugh and smile. Russians an odd lot.

This old mofo thinks he can play around forever. We will get all of them one way or another. Even their cyber warriors are getting caught up and down.

Children need to have animals tearing people to pieces explained to them? That was explained to me when I was a child. It is certainly an interesting observation. But what on earth does it have to do with 🇺🇦?

I’ve been trying to understand the mindset of certain groups for a long time. For example, MAGA supporters and Putin’s loyalists share a remarkably similar psychology: you can present them with hard video evidence, eyewitness testimony, DNA tests, or definitive proof showing they are wrong and being deceived, yet they will completely ignore it and reply, "I just know," or "I still believe." Ultimately, elaborate excuses and logical explanations are unnecessary for them. Putin could literally say, "It was necessary"—whether to invade a country or commit an outrageous crime against his own voter—and his followers would simply cheer and say, "Thank you." Key Takeaways - Identity First, Facts Second: Faith and group identity matter more to them than evidence. When facts contradict their beliefs, they simply ignore the facts. - Blind Faith in Power: The leader doesn't need real logic to justify actions. Simply saying "it was necessary" is enough for the followers to support it. - Loyalty to the Person, Not Principles: They support the leader unconditionally, regardless of what that leader actually does or says.

More like the polar bear is drowning when it tries to occupy the waters of the orcas? 😄

The explanation suits Putin well because it is a lie. Killer whales do not normally eat polar bears, and an actual attack is extremely rare/not well documented. Moreover, the two species rarely encounter each other: polar bears depend on sea ice, while orcas live in open water.

He once compared himself to Kaa the python in the Jungle Book and the United States to Shere Khan. PUTIN: "I've loved Rudyard Kipling since childhood."

Killer whales lie in wait, give chase, launch a surprise attack on a polar bear, and tear it to shreds—that is precisely the kind of thing that happens. You surely witnessed how, in June, a Ukrainian drone — much like killer whales — swiftly struck and utterly destroyed that massive, white Moscow oil refinery. #СЛАВАУКРАЇНІ #SlavaUkraïni

A crazy boss in a crazy country. Petya, the great-great-grandson of Leo Tolstoy, declared that Ukrainians should be bombed until they run out to greet the Russian murderers. That’s all the Western Tolstoy-worshippers need to know about the kind of assholes this literatureproduced

Reason should be based in God, the one revealed in his Church: the Catholic. Otherwise, bears and fish are just animals and like animals you will live and die.

joe rogan explains why bears are the scariest animals on the planet. most people are scared of sharks, lions or snakes. joe says bears are in a league of their own. here’s why: grizzlies are so powerful they can chase down a full-grown moose and break its back with a single swipe. joe: “everyone should have a fear of grizzly bears.” they’re massive, incredibly fast, can climb, swim, and overpower almost anything they come across. one of his friends watched a grizzly chase down a full-grown moose and break its back with a single slap. most people think all bears are basically the same. they’re not. joe says polar bears are on a completely different level. because unlike other bears, they don’t have berries, grass or plants to eat. they only eat meat. which means if a polar bear is coming toward you… it’s probably not being curious. joe: “if a polar bear is trying to get into your shelter, it’s because it smells meat. it wants to eat you.” most bears would rather avoid people. but polar bears actively see humans as food. joe tells the story of a group of explorers stranded on an ice raft after their boat started sinking. they spotted a polar bear on a nearby sheet of ice. it jumped into the freezing water swam from one ice sheet to the next until it reached theirs. it grabbed one of the men, dragged him into the water, and started eating him in front of everyone else joe: “they eat you alive. they don’t bother killing you first.” according to joe, most bears don’t actually want to kill people. but if a grizzly decides to attack or a polar bear decides you’re food there’s very little you can do about it.
