I know that there is a fluctuation in prices when the industry changes from a winter blend 2 summer blend & vice versa in the fall but I am not clear in WHY the price has risen 35 cents in the last few weeks.I must have missed something.I did discover that despite following you🧵

I remember hearing a speech Dick Cheney gave where he argued the barrel price of oil had to be over $100 for USA oil companies to make money given the disparity between opec producers. I think it costs more for us to bring it out of the ground.
