Is this really the 4th best spread or dip in the world? Guacamole was recently ranked as the 4th best sauce in the world, in my book, it’s a very close battle with hummus for that number one spot. Let me know which you would pick! I like to make my guac a mix of creamy but chunky, and also left out tomatos, which are typically in guac, so feel free to include them, and also make any substitutions you like to make your own version. This is usually the way I do it for an easy appetizer that i know people will like, especially in the summer. Another preference is temperature! I like my guacamole on the colder side, so make it with avocados straight out of the fridge and serve right away for best results. Ingredients: ✅3 large avocados ✅1 large handful fresh cilantro (about 1/3 cup finely chopped) ✅1/2 large red onion, finely diced (finely diced is key!) ✅1 jalapeno, finely diced (remove seeds if you dont want it spicy) ✅ 2 garlic cloves, minced (use fresh but jarred works, too) ✅1 lime ✅1/2 tsp cumin ✅2-3generous pinches salt Here is how I made it: 1.I prefer cold avocados so store them in the fridge for at least 2 hours prior to starting. 2.Grab a board or a bowl - i did this right on the board. Finely chop 1 large handful fresh cilantro which yields about 1/3 cup. the cilantro, add 1/2 finely diced large red onion 1 finely diced jalapeño (remove the seeds if you dont like it spicy!), and 2 freshly minced garlic cloves. 4.Grab your 3 large avocados, remove the skin and pit and add to the rest. 5.Squeeze the juice of 1 small lime. If you want more lime-y you can add more lime after you taste it later. 6.Add 1/2 tsp cumin, a couple generous pinches of salt, then mash using a fork or utensil. I like my guac on the chunkier side so mash lightly, but mash longer or shorter depending on your preference. 7.Enjoy immediately, with your favorite vessel If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! . . . . . . #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #healthyrecipes #keto #healthyfoodshare

If you don’t understand how to build a business around yourself, you will never be wealthy. Give me 2 minutes and I will teach you my 7-part system to start a business from nothing and scale to $10,000 or even $100,000 per month. (I used this exact system to build multiple 7-figure businesses and coach founders like you to do the same): Founders often ask, “Why should I build a personal media company? I’m not trying to get famous!” I think that’s like someone saying, “Why should I use a computer? I’m not trying to build Google!” Brands are everything - it’s your digital reputation, your credibility, and your reach. Your personal brand should persuade the people you sell to. It increases your surface area for: • Luck • Community • Connections In most dealrooms I walk into, the deals are already closed - they just want to see my face. Brands are now led by founders, not corporations. 1. Clarify Your Brand's Mission Your brand's essence must reflect your convictions - the values that steer your way of being. Journal daily about what you want to build and where you want to be in 10 years. Get clear on what it is that gets you out of bed each morning. 2. Apply the '5 Whys' technique: When you’re making a decision, drill down to its root cause by asking ‘Why?’ 5 times. Unearth your foundational 'why' - the motivator that drives you. What you’re really trying to answer: “why is what you’re doing compelling?” 3. Forge Your Audience with Consistent Content Creation Content is the lifeblood of your personal brand, magnifying your presence. Set time for writing and publishing on a platform - and commit. Prioritize regularity over sporadic bouts of inspiration. Done > perfect 4. Distill Your Unique Expertise and Find Your Niche Highlight your specific expertise - create and dominate a niche you can call your own. Drill down into the core interests you and your audience share. Own their attention and develop a meaningful connection over the long term. 5. Cultivate Authentic Relationships and Foster Community At the heart of your brand is its community - a group united by your vision. Providing value > transactions Real relationships > revenue Narrate your founding story candidly - authenticity attracts your community. 6. Build a Community The goal is to build a community of raving fans around your curiosity. • Embrace your weirdness • Test hypotheses through writing • Build your tribe of non-conformists Attract people who share your vision. 7. Every Brand is a Media Company Building a 7-figure personal media company is a mix of strategy, consistency, and genuineness. Find your mission. Stand for something significant. Nurture a supportive community. Provide value without fail. Follow this path, and watch your personal media company ascend like no other. If you want to learn more, check out my 7-part system in the video below. I teach you how to start a business from nothing, starting with yourself. 💥EGGPLANT BREADWICH This is another lowcarb bread hack thats ACTUALLY good and one of my favorites. Makes two servings at 350 calories, 20g protein, and you can add chicken or steak to make the protein more substantial. But honestly, it was just as good without any of those - it gave me some serious Mediterranean food vibes with all these summer flavors. If you want a low-carb sandwich that hits the spot, this one’s for you. The cheese is actually baked into the eggplant, making a great flatbread like vessel that you can use to make your favorite lowcarb, keto-friendly sandwich. Top it up with whatever you want. Full recipe below, and you can always comment “BREAD” and I’ll send you my free mini lowcarb breadwhich ebook. Here’s how to make it (makes 2 servings): 1.Preheat your oven to 400F. Grab 1 large eggplant and thinly slice it using a knife, mandoline or vegetable peeler. 2.Season them with salt, lay the slices on a paper towel and pat them dry after 5 mins. 3.Grab an oven-safe tray, line it with parchment paper, and sprinkle a thin layer (1 serving) of shredded cheese (ideally mozzarella) directly on the paper. Lay out your eggplant slices slightly overlapping to form a rectangle. then add another 2 servings of shredded cheese on top. 4.Pop it in the oven for 27-30 mins until the edges are golden and the cheese is crisp. Let it cool slightly. 5.I used 2 tbsp of pesto as the base, added 2oz of thinly sliced fresh mozzarella, a thinly sliced tomato, a handful of arugula, a couple of basil leaves, lots of fresh cracked pepper, and a nice drizzle of balsamic glaze. 6.Carefully roll it up tightly from the bottom, pressing gently as you go to keep everything compact. Then cut into it the middle like a sharp knife, and enjoy. If you try this, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS. ENJOY! . . . . #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #healthyrecipes #keto #mediterraneanfood
