That’s removing sediment but not sure if it’s doing anything if there is bacteria in water. Not sure as it just seems to be a filter

While the ultrafiltration membrane provides significant water treatment, it is by no means a “purifier”; it doesn’t address all contaminants (e.g. dissolved solids, heavy metals or all viruses) that purifiers typically handle. It’s merely a high-performance water filter.

Unless you have UV light, you will get bacteria and virus. I'd run that water through a distiller next for drinking/cooking.
