Q: "On the Biden autopen. Are those executive orders, those pardons...now null and void?" Pres. Trump: "I think so. It’s not my decision. That’ll be up to a court. But I would say that they’re null and void because I’m sure Biden didn’t have any idea that it was...

The jig is up @cspan. Everyone with a brain knew that Biden wasn't competent. The weekends hiding in Deleware with zero insight as to who and what was going on there. The sham is exposed. Ya better hang on to your hats, because it's only going to get worse for you from here.

His executive orders will be right there in court with Biden's. Both use the Autopen.

There is no clear legal precedent allowing a president to revoke or invalidate another president’s pardons after they have been delivered and accepted. Trump’s declaration to void Biden’s pardons appears legally unsupported and would likely be struck down if challenged in court, unless evidence of fraud or procedural invalidity is proven. The historical examples of revocation (Grant and Bush) apply only to pre-delivery scenarios, which do not seem to fit here. This suggests the action is more a political statement than an enforceable executive power. For a definitive resolution, judicial review would be necessary, and given the current date (March 17, 2025), any such challenge could already be underway or pending.

Do you think Biden secured the border? Biden: "Lets get something straight about the border: When I became president, the numbers came way down."

Hilarious that he says it's not his decision, but words his tweets in a way to COMPLETELY and TOTALLY discredit them. This is not by accident.

Biden's pardons aren’t invalid because of the autopen.... They are invalid because the recipients had not been convicted of a crime for which they needed pardon. There is no such thing as a preemptive pardon in the history of jurisprudence. This should be a matter of concern for both parties. If not, each President will act according to their own desires, issuing preemptive, blanket pardons, and no one will face consequences for violating the law.
