You know what you call someone of any color who graduated in the bottom 25% of their law school class? Lawyer.

The grade I made in Biochemistry as a medical student has nothing to do with my success as a doctor. I passed the course.Also not every person has the same privileges & opportunities in life. But given an opportunity it’s what you do with it that makes you successful!

Yet, they do graduate! Graduating in the top 5 is not the measure of success in the larger society! It doesn't make you a great lawyer, engineer, doctor, or president.

? Shouldn’t you take into account the particular path a student has traveled? Some of us have to crawl over broken glass to get to an elite school while others are basically chauffeur driven right up to it and waived through with a knowing smile at the gate….

If there were no Black students in a class, there would still be people at the bottom 25% of that class — and who would they be?

This is why I don't include Black Americans in People of Color (POC) scenarios. He's the prime example of those benefiting most from Black people struggle, only to turn around and slap us in the face. This is what Black hate looks like. #StopBlackHate #StopAsianHating

The operative word in that statement is “graduate.” They will never stop trying to make us look inferior no matter what. What’s the excuse for the students of other races who graduate in the bottom 25%? The stars were misaligned? Venus was in retrograde?
