If by gender affirming care you mean counseling to help children that have been indoctrinated to the point that they don’t emotionally accept the gender they were born with so that they get over that nonsense, than no. If by gender affirming you mean the gender denial that involves chemical and surgical castration and mutilation, which is actually gender denial and not in any sense a form of healthcare, then that should never be allowed on minors and probably should be outlawed altogether. I suppose if a sane adult wants it and can pay for it and find a doctor disreputable enough to do it, as a libertarian I guess that should be allowed. But I would question the sanity of anyone actually wanting that. And it should absolutely not be covered by insurance or be taxpayer funded.
