🐨 When I went there (crying tree), I think there was a Stanford University student, and they recognized me. 🐨 They were sitting right in front of the seat where Blo hyung had sat. 🐨 So while I was trying to recreate the same photo, they kept watching me closely while I was taking pictures. 🐨 Then they asked me, ‘Do you know BTS?’ 🐨 So I was like, ‘Uh, yes? 🐨 About the artworks... 🐨 I tried to keep this house very minimal 🐨 so I think I only got about 10 paintings. 🐨 Unlike my previous house, I wanted it to be minimal, calm, and dim. 🐨 Because as you live, adding things and filling things up is easy, but taking away what you already have is really hard. 🐨 I think it's really hard to do less, so I decided to start by removing as much as possible, and then fill it in later. 🐨 But in this house, the more I add, the more the interior feels damaged. 🐨 So I don't think I'll add too much.

ARIRANG TOUR IN BUSAN D2 #RM ending ment for BTS 13th anniversary. 🐨 Ok everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve felt such mixed feelings like this. 🐨 13… 🗣️ *KIM NAMJOON* 🐨 Thank you. It’s been a while since I’ve heard that. 🐨 Everyone…well.. 🐨 It’s been quite a long time, hasn’t it? 🐨 Honestly, it feels like just yesterday that we were in the practice room performing “No More Dream” and “We Are Bulletproof Pt.2,” but somehow all this time has already passed. 🐨 So much has changed since then. 🐨 We worked hard here in Korea, then gradually spent more and more time overseas, there was more English in our lyrics, and so many other changes happened along the way. 🐨 During that time, K-pop as an industry grew tremendously, and younger artists started coming to us more often. 🐨 They ask us things like, “How have you managed to stay together as a team for so long?” 🐨 They asked before we enlisted, and they still ask now. 🐨 But honestly, I don't really know. 🐨 I think I've continued to reflect on myself through these 6 members, and through all of you who are here and who continue to watch over us. 🐨 Unlike before, I don't really share my thoughts that often, and I don't talk openly about my feelings much either. 🐨 So it feels like it's been a while since I've said this to you. 🐨 Anyway, over the years, there was “Love Yourself”, there was “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life”, “Dynamite”, and so many things all the way to ARIRANG. 🐨 While performing “Magic Shop” earlier, the past 13 years flashed before my eyes like a revolving lantern. 🐨 Anyway, being able to be here together like this is truly such an honor, and I'm so grateful. 🐨 No matter where we are, and no matter what we look like, we'll always do our very best, and keep working hard to show you who we truly are. 🐨 I hope you'll continue to stay with us for a long, long time. 🐨 Thank you. 260418 ARIRANG IN TOKYO D2 #RM Ending Ment 🐨 I personally like watching movies in the theater. 🐨 I really love when I turn off my phone and focus on one film for two hours. 🐨 These days, no matter where we are, we end up looking at our phones, right? 🐨 So when I heard we were coming to Tokyo Dome, I was really excited. 🐨 Today, you watched us with your own eyes rather than through your phones. 🐨 That made me so happy. 🐨 For these two hours, you let us feel like we were inside a movie. 🐨 And thanks to you, I was able to become the main character of that movie. 🐨 I’ll never forget this day. Thank you so much. 🐨 I think I'll miss you so much no matter where I am. 🐨 I love you from the bottom of my heart.

#RM explaining why BTS chose 'ARIRANG' as the name of their fifth album. 🐨 When we reunited as seven again, we kept thinking about what truly feels most like us, most like BTS. 🐨 And we wanted to show where we started from. 🐨 All of us are Korean. 🐨 So we felt it would be very meaningful to include something that represents Korea. 🐨 That's how the keyword 'Arirang' came up. 🐨 Arirang is something everyone interprets differently, because its lyrics are abstract. 🐨 So I think about wistfulness, longing and love. 🐨 To be honest I thought a lot about those things when I was in the military. 🐨 Because you end up reflecting a lot on the past and on performing again, too. 🐿️ You have this longing for everything while you're in the military. 🐨 You yearn for society, the ARMY, you miss the BTS members, the past. 🐨 Arirang contains all the joys and sorrows of life, and since it’s been a long time since we released an album, 🐨 we wanted to encompass everything we’ve been through in our music, and we felt that the concept of Arirang could really capture that and tie the album together. 26.01.16

#RM explaining why BTS chose 'ARIRANG' as the name of their fifth album. 🐨 When we reunited as seven again, we kept thinking about what truly feels most like us, most like BTS. 🐨 And we wanted to show where we started from. 🐨 All of us are Korean. 🐨 So we felt it would be very meaningful to include something that represents Korea. 🐨 That's how the keyword 'Arirang' came up. 🐨 Arirang is something everyone interprets differently, because its lyrics are abstract. 🐨 So I think about wistfulness, longing and love. 🐨 To be honest I thought a lot about those things when I was in the military. 🐨 Because you end up reflecting a lot on the past and on performing again, too. 🐿️ You have this longing for everything while you're in the military. 🐨 You yearn for society, the ARMY, you miss the BTS members, the past. 🐨 Arirang contains all the joys and sorrows of life, and since it’s been a long time since we released an album, 🐨 we wanted to encompass everything we’ve been through in our music, and we felt that the concept of Arirang could really capture that and tie the album together. 26.01.16

Uh, I had a great time in my military thanks to you guys. 🐨 And everybody from Europe, thank you for coming for such a you know from such a far away. 🐨 I spent two nights in Antwerp because I always wanted to be there. 🐨 And everybody I met on the street they were like so kind and and they kept me in secret, thanks everyone in Antwerp. 🐨 Shoutout to ARMYS, you guys are so cool. 🐨 You know, the images of here was like J-hope told, like waffles and beers but I didn't know that you have such an amazing crowd like this. 🐨 We love you and I hope you had a great time, and I hope you can win tonight's match for the World Cup. 🐨 Love you!

251005 #RM spoke about ‘RM x SFMOMA’ during Weverse Live and said he considers to bring it to other museums as well. 🐨 We've been preparing for about a year, and it looks like we'll spend another year finalizing the layout and getting everything ready. 🐨 And maybe after San Francisco, there's a possibility it could tour other museums, but we'll need to have discussions with them first. 🐨 For now, we're just focusing on San Francisco. 🐨 We are considering expanding it to other institutions, but this is where things stand for the moment.

#RM said he's romantically attracted to people who show their duality. 🐨 I kind of want to see like the contradictionary image from somebody, because if somebody could be very serious but very ridiculous and humorous at the same time, maybe I think I might fall in love with that person... 🐨 Because I don't know why, but maybe if I could be with that kind of person for long time, I feel that I might have a really happy life and happy time, such full of content. 🐨 Talking about...maybe the social issues, from political things and just things like 'Which beer do you prefer the most? Belgian or German? I prefer Korean' 🐨 Something like that. 🐨 I think I find such rizz when I see somebody's very...a duality. 🐨 Yeah, the duality.
