What's been helping you get through those dark days this year that have been so challenging? How have you found the grit to get up and go on? "I've had amazing support from so many people that travel around the world to support me or send me messages, so my fans have been the thing that have kept me going, really been the rock. My mum has really been a phenomenal supporter, you know, and my dad and my family as well, so I would say just luckily I've got those good people around me and then, as I said, each weekend I see young kids and adults rooting me on and reminding me why I do what I do and not to give up, which I'm really appreciative of." - F1 2025 Abu Dhabi -

🥀 actually, i didn’t get to go to school very often when i was in high school either. i was a trainee back then, so there were a lot of days where i had to leave early, and a lot of times when i couldn’t go at all. even so, i think i tried my best to stay close with my friends i tried to keep a positive attitude, smile a lot, and stay cheerful 🥀 and whenever someone came up and talked to me first, i was really grateful that meant a lot to me sangwon 🥹🤍

An army shared their story of how Blue & Grey by Taehyung gave them strength to go on! 👤 The tattoo says ‘where's my angel?’, which is the first line of the song Blue and Grey by BTS. And the reason why I got it is because I was going through a mental breakdown. And then at 4 in the morning, I was listening to BTS, and this is like three weeks into me being a fan of BTS. Then I read the lyrics, and it was the first time I ever heard the song ever in life. And then I read the lyrics, and then this lyric really stuck out to me, so I put it on my chest, under my collarbone. So that's what my tattoo says, it's just a lyric from Blue and Grey because that song means a lot to me. So thank you, Mr. Kim Taehyung, for writing it, because you really saved my life with that one. So I've been good. ( Taehyung’s songs and lyrics have given so many of us comfort. Thank you so much.

q: with such a busy schedule and constant public attention, how do you recharge and maintain your inner peace? sehun: uh, for me… when i have a lot on my mind, i tend to meditate. i do some meditation and go to the mountains quite often… somewhere quiet, with fresh air… and i think that’s how i try to keep my thoughts a bit more positive~
