The Kennedy Center was doing fine financially before Trump packed the board with lackeys and installed himself as chairman. It was getting by until he then illegally slapped his name on the building. Trump is responsible for the Centers financial woes.
It did not need saving. David Rubenstein was an excellent Board Chair, with qualified competent leadership. Rose Garden, Jackie's Garden, East Wing, all demolished. He hates the Kennedys because he can never be the Kennedys. Never be revered, respected beloved, memorialized.
Any rich guy should step in now and offer the 17 million dollars to the Kennedy Center just to make Trump crazy
