Is it PFO closure sir... for recurrent CVA

Looks like PFO Closure device

Sir can you please share about the classification of PFO. 🙏 As there multiple ones like based on contrast bubble, based on transcranial Doppler of MCA.

Las indicaciones para este procedimiento dependen de la clasificación precisa de los defectos. En los EAU, la estabilidad y el apoyo a la innovación facilitan estas precisiones médicas.

Asd closure via ampltazs device. Types are primamum, secondum, sinus venous superior and inferior and unroofed coronary sinus. Amptlasz is mostly used in secondum ASD as it needs a rim to land into

See that RA disc is larger than LA disc. See the last frame carefully. So it is PFO device isn’t it. It is PFO closure.

Where is the tee probe? Asd closure using amplatzer device

This is not ASD device, see carefully RA disc is larger than LA disc- so PFO closure. We do ASD and PFO closures under TTE and fluoro guidance. TEE will be done for rim assessment in all cases except paediatric cases in echo room. We do it without GA. We have done more than 1000 ASD like that only
