Very nice, but quadriceps tendon repair with suture anchors provide biomechanically greater and more consistent failure loads than transosseous tunnels.

Thank you for your feedback and comment - and what you say is correct. However, research demonstrates similar failure rates with both techniques. Key is definitely for the operating surgeon to be familiar with the chosen technique and critical parts of its execution.
