Si la CSJ no falla YA, el poder q ese máximo tribunal representa termina de caer en el más profundo abismo del desprestigio. Es increíble tener que decir algo OBVIO: que sin justicia independiente y eficiente (= fallar en TIEMPO y FORMA!) no hay garantía de nada ni República.
