gay astrophysicist here. delighted to tell you that it’s always the latter. the moon is always (sluttily) looking at the earth. during new moon (solar eclipse time!) the sun is looking at the part of the moon that NASA refers to as its ass. hope this helps 💫

I mean I guess that depends on if you view the side of the moon that faces us as its face or butt because the same side of the moon always faces Earth, we’ve never seen the other side. So is the moon always looking at us or always looking away from us? 🤔
