Question for the "experts" how does this completely erratic cloud pattern keep showing up in skies all over the world on a regular basis?

Here's an "expert", Arthur Clayden, writing about them in his book Cloud Studies published in 1905. Detailed understanding has moved on a bit since then but the basics are there. The book is long out of print but there may be a copy you could look at in a public library near you.

A phenomenon that most never even witnessed in their life now happens 24/7 yet the easily manipulated mk ultra bunch will tell you this is totally natural and might even throw in some derogatory names at you.

I've seen this also. Some sort of chemicals - intentionally sprayed. Feels like we're being culled.

It's called weather. Wind, temperature, humidity, pressure, most of us learned these basics in second grade. Sorry you missed it. You don't have to live life in ignorance about this, it's your choice.
