You don't need to be an elected senator to do that. He can actually do it already, him being a lawyer and musician himself.

Not liking he is under DU30 but at the very least, he strived to be a lawyer. Which is more than i can say for other artistas

South Korea's entertainment industry is actually backed by the state. Kaya if ito yung vision na gusto ni Atty Bondoc na sundan, kaya na mismo ng Pilipinas yan. No need to enter into any treaty with another state. What is needed though is legislation. He can draft the bill.
