Question I’m currently exploring: How to reconcile being a universal explainer (à la Deutsch) with being an embodied, biological system with some evolved behaviours? We can override and reinterpret our biology. But when does that happen in practice? What are the limits?

They were deconflicted which means the Israelis knew where they were and when" How much 'closer work' can an aid agency do, other than being in touch with the Israeli military, telling them where they are and when? Even that didn't stop them from being attacked. What does Rishi Sunak expect?

Just to clarify, I'm not an expert in cloud seeding, or meteorology, for that matter. I’m sure there are legitimate reasons for this practice, but it raises a question: How does the government ensure that people aren’t just flying around and experimenting with the weather? Sure, the FAA can track flight paths, but are state agencies really monitoring what’s being released into the atmosphere? Unless someone can point to a case where a cloud seeding company was actually penalized for misreporting the amount of chemicals used, it honestly feels like this whole system is running on the honor system. Purple rain just isn't normal.
