@RagingKuJo1222 The rear axle is canted: the left wheel is farther forward than the right wheel. Probably the axle is clamped to the leaf springs, and one of the clamps is a bit loose, and some kind of an impact (pothole?) slid it out of position. Not a big deal.

@RagingKuJo1222 Broken centre bolt in one of the rear springs allowing the spring pack to spread and the axle to skew. Had it happen to an old Bedford truck while crossing the harbour bridge in Sydney. Touch the brake and you would be steered into the next lane ... tricky drive.
