Timelapse of using #photoshop’s new generative fill feature to connect two images and build a scene around them using blank prompts. Was inspired by MatthieuGB’s post doing something similar! Notice how I’m not adding any descriptions, but letting gen fill present options for extending the current selection as I play with different aspect ratios to extend the frame in steps. The Selection Brush has arrived in Adobe Photoshop! ✨ "Okay, but why the heck do I need yet ANOTHER selection tool?!" Most traditional selection methods offer no control over the opacity of your selections. Typically this wouldn't matter, but after Generative Fill dropped, we realized that users craved results that blended more seamlessly with their environments. The new Selection Brush allows you to reduce the opacity of your selections to help Photoshop generate more accurate subjects.

Project Perfect Blend at Adobe Sneaks. They better ship this into Photoshop, because the audience went wild 😂 Basically PBR estimation to de-light and re-light any layer to make compositing a LOT easier. Until then, you can already do this with tools like Beeble today.
