What I do soon as I get home is taking my socks off. It feels really comfortable after being bare feet, especially in spring and summer. Since I recorded this video 4 months ago, it was cold, but still even in the winter I often take my socks off pretty soon after getting home. What I’m saying in the movie is “sukkiri Shita”, which means that I’m refreshed being bare feet. I think I will put English translation in what I post from now on, if I have some time:) From now today, I will leave the house and commute to Izakaya (restaurant which has alcohol). Can you believe people sleep under such structures? As a journalist, I don’t stay in the same place and I’m constantly on the move. Yesterday, I decided to go spend some time with my family in Jabalia where we had tuna and mayonnaise for dinner. I went to the bathroom and saw the ceiling covered in mosquitoes and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. The living room has a massive column broken in from the neighboring building. Somehow my family is adapting to all of this. Sharing a small bowl of tuna, surrounded by a horrible smell, walls covered in mosquitoes and somehow they still manage to crack jokes and bring me joy. But still, my feeling of helplessness broke me. I couldn’t bring more than some tuna, I can’t fix a sewage system that was completely obliterated, I can’t protect them from the mosquitoes, I can’t rebuild the home. Every night, when it’s my thoughts and the buzzing of drones, I wonder if the house will collapse on my family. On my parents, my sisters, my brothers, our cat and its four kittens. I wonder if the house will get bombed while they’re all inside. I don’t want them to die without me. If they will die, I hope it’s on one of the days that I’m visiting them. My heart is torn into pieces, I'm in pain. So last Saturday i was a judge at some pageant in Katlehong for girls and boys. There was these boy whos 16 years old and he was wearing iskipa esidabukile whilst others wearing new white tshirts. His sneaker 😭😭 was so old i couldn't hold my tears. I called him after the event to take his sizes and address. Today i went to where he stays to deliver the little i managed to buy in a week, my heart 💔 broke. Last week I booked a last-minute flight and stay in Cabo less than 12 hours to take-off because I was freezing my ass off at home, feeling like a “hostage” to the market. I forgot my swimming trunks and had to buy 2 of them for an eye-watering $450 USD (still wtf’ing at Grand Velas boutique)… And STILL, it was much cheaper than sitting around grinding it out when the market wasn’t there for me. Trading is one of the few professions where you can literally lose vacations/cars/houses etc AND, more importantly, TIME simultaneously while “working”. And so, I often think to myself if I’m so willing to part ways with my trading PNL, then why not just spend that on something tangible. I remember one of my biggest losing days in 2021, I decided to just buy the watch I wanted instead of waiting to feel “good” about my PNL. Our perspectives warp when we stare at numbers and desensitize ourselves to the true ups and downs. Whenever I spend the money it grounds me, “this is what this is worth”. Whenever I’m able to tip generously, especially in areas where the dollar goes farther, I feel more connected to my pursuit of trading for a living. Serendipitously making someone’s day with an outlier tip is one of my favorite things to do. Extremely hard working people who don’t get appreciated often, meanwhile we lose their salaries in pajamas… it’s madness. I just want to point out that I know people feel it, but don’t act on it. Try to exercise some of your freedoms as a trader and realize it’s okay to step away whenever you want and you don’t need permission to just do what you want when you want. You’ll probably come to so similar conclusions for yourself.

First of all you strap to bench “106kg” which I don’t even need for 140kg, so from the look of things we can tell who the “lil boy” is Second, there is no aspect of fitness you are better than me at, Be it lifting, running, calisthenics, and educating etc You lot seem to have this weird mentality that sh*tting on people’s work and mocking their form makes you look like the better and smarter one, all for what? getting clients?, you do fitness to fill your pockets(that’s if you have people dumb enough to trust you as a trainer with your chaotic training methods) , I do fitness to shine light on the industry and create opportunities for people who want to enter the industry(I have videos to back my claim) You are not worth the back and forth “PAUL BLISS” cos clearly if it wasn’t for me no one would have paused to see who that is, buh I just had to use this opportunity to make somethings clear, if you want to be a fitness influencer face your front and do your work, and if you must, correct people in a respectful way and not try to make them look stupid. An old "friend" sent me a voice note on WhatsApp. He was fishing for information. So I lied to him. Here's why: You know that one person from back home. Acts nice. Smiles in your face. But you can FEEL the energy. They don't want updates — they want ammunition. He heard I might be in town for Ramadan and wanted to "check in." I told him I'm in Dubai. Just to watch what he'd say next. And he didn't disappoint. "Oh… I thought you'd come see your mom and dad." What he doesn't know is my parents are currently traveling the world. Living their best life. No stress. No worries. That chapter is handled. I said "no" and kept it moving. Then came the real question he wanted to ask all along. "So how's life… still studying? Still in school or what?" There it is. The status check disguised as concern. I told him I'm looking for a job. Meanwhile I'm printing 9 figures a year. Old me would've take a picture of the watch im wearing Sent a view from the Villa. Dropped a receipt just to watch him choke on it. But I didn't send a single thing. And I know exactly what he's doing next — calling every mutual friends saying "bro he's still job hunting lol." Good. Let him. I felt nothing. No urge. No itch. Complete peace. Friday was ugly. S&P 500 dumped 2.64% to 7,383.74, worst day since October, VIX up nearly 40% as the hedging machine kicked in. Everyone's asking the same thing into Sunday's open: fade it or buy it? I'm buying it - just not at 6pm ET like the dip can't get deeper. It all keys off 7350, where futures settled in GLOBEX. Two ways we open. The likely one: we gap up. Don't chase the first candle - after a 40% VIX pop you get a squeeze (S&P 500 goes up like crazy 2pm ET GLOBEX open), then a dip. Let the squeeze run, buy the first real pullback between 8pm and 3am ET. The other: we leak toward 7300 on lingering VIX hedging. Don't catch the knife - wait for it to base, a clean hold of 7300 or clear 5-minute support, then buy the rebound that usually shows late GLOBEX or 3-4am pre-market. Same plan either way: I buy the dip, not the rip. If you are bull, be smart bull. Where I want the close: 7400 is the floor, 7450 my base case, and 7500 is very much in play (though less probable than 7450) - about 2% off the GLOBEX pivot, with the Nasdaq roughly 2.5% higher (If S&P 500 hits 7500) on a chip snapback. Friday was a volatility event, those almost always make the whole market rebound a day or two after.

The first rays of sunshine finally break through the window, gently reminding you that morning has come. With a heavy sigh and shaking hands, you rise to unlock your glossy tomb. You blink hard, vision blurry at first, then stumble in front of the mirror. You take one glance… and for a terrifying moment you panic — you don’t recognize the face staring back at you. To calm yourself, you reach up and gently touch your cheek. The warmth of your skin grounds you. This is the real you. Still flushed and exhausted, you peel off the rest of the kigurumi and collapse onto your bed. As you lie there, memories of those hazy, locked-in hours drift through your mind. And You wonder to yourself… Now I do not know whether I was a man inside a succubus… or whether the succubus was the man all along.

Wanna Visit Kashi & Have Darshan of Lord Vishwanath ji? Here are some Tips from Experience. Read fully. Share widely. Har har Mahadev. - If you are in Kashi, you definitely need to stay on the Ghat. I have come multiple times & the goto place for us is Hotel Alka on Meer Ghat. Amazing location (close to temple), rooms are super clean, food is top notch. Try to book the Deluxe or Royal View or Premium View rooms. They range in 4000 to 7000 per night. Since we booked months back, we got the Premium Rooms at great Valuation. You can see the Ganga ji directly. - If you book rooms on the Ghats, you will have to walk the last mile. Autos will come to a certain distance, then you will have to walk the small Gullis (Small streets). The stay is worth the walk. So if you have elders traveling, you need to plan accordingly. - If you want to visit Kashi Vishwanath ji, the best way is to book an aarti ONLINE. This is the only way you can get into the main Mandir without huge queues. Very affordable darshans, worth it. Login to We booked 3 AM mangla aarti and evening 7 PM sapt Rishi aarti. Avoid agents. They will take much more than online prices, so be aware. - Pls note that crowd management inside Kashi Vishwanath Mandir is really bad. I hope Modi ji does something about it. I saw lots of elders who came all the way, but they get squeezed inside the mandir. Anyway, that's part of the deal 😀😀 - If you take the darshan ticket it will be worth. You can only carry tickets and id card while entering. Best to leave your chappals and electronics in the room. Yes, only carry the bhakti here with you. And maybe some cash. - Now there are locker systems inside the temple complex, which you can use for free. Kashi is full of pujaris who want to make a quick buck (unlike many other places). So try not to talk to anyone, be confident & use the free facilities. - In Kashi, it's very easy to get misguided by shop owners. So only and only ask your questions to the police officers. Kashi temple is full of them 👍 - Now, the best part. Ganga ji. Do not miss taking bath in her. Take her blessings. Always cross the river and take a bath. You can negotiate and pay ₹50 per passenger to move to the other side and enjoy your bath. If you can swim, then you can go deep as well. I enjoyed the swim like anything, went 50 metres across the river. - The best places to eat are near the Manikarnika Ghat, Main Corridor & the Godowalia Chauraha. Tons of chats, kulfis and jalebis to eat. Don't miss the Tamatar Chaat, Aloo Tikkis, Chura Mutter & Banarasi Pan. Kashi Chaat Bhandar is amazing. - The Annapurna Devi annadanam (bhojan) is very famous. They serve lunch bhiksha and dinner bhiksha to thousands everyday. Wonderful hot hot food. You can have there itself. Please do contribute back generously to the annapoorani temple trust so that this tradition continues. - You can visit all the ancient temples in Kashi, Kalabhairava being one of the best. The Banarasi Sarees are amazing. Try to ask the boatmen to take you to the weavers home directly and buy. You will learn some amazing stuff. - There is one Ganga Aarti on Assi Ghat early in the morning. And the other aarti happens in the evening by 7 PM. You can take a boat so that the view will be spectacular. But remember to take boat early, reach the Ghat by 6 PM so that you can be right in the front. The city has definitely become cleaner, lots of effort to remove all debris from Maa Ganga. The temples are magnificent. Ghats are extraordinary. The energy is vibrant. You will find such ancient temples, that you can actually feel the vibrations. Tip: In Kashi, everyone will DEMAND money for everything. Right from purohits, street vendors & small children. Avoid everyone. So, if you want peace of mind, just keep walking without talking to anyone. Overall, hope this post helps you to enjoy Banaras to the fullest. It's superb. Must visit.
