AND If people are spending more for more goods and more services, somebody is going to have to supply those goods and services. That means job creation. Which means more people spending more money.

Tariffs are taxes on US citizens or corporations to penalize them for purchasing foreign goods. So yes, BRICS countries will have less sales from the US but again the US consumer will have to pay extra for these goods.
