Interesting! I think most people would do this in a compositing software like Adobe After Effects but seeing that it's possible in CSP (albeit while lagging a lot prob) is neat.

it wasn't particularly laggy on my side, doing it in AE would probably be easier, but you can't easily integrate it into your layer structure (it's especially annoying if other parts are directly animated in clip studio and need to be masked)
