Last night, after grinding 16 hour days to make it to BWL In Hardcore World of Warcraft, I died the night before raid. I'm honestly devastated. I'm sorry for anyone I let down, It was mostly out of my control. I worked really hard for this, and it hurts. #Loverrukk shared her day off plans for this weekend 🍵🥗💪🏻💤 💖: I woke up this morning feeling really happy. I made some matcha, went to Pilates, then came back and had somtam (papaya salad). After that i sat for a bit to digest… then took a nap. I slept in the afternoon, woke up and practiced playing mlbb game for a while. After that i had dinner, sat around to digest again 😹 then took another nap in the evening. And now i’m not sleepy anymore… i wonder what time i’ll end up going to sleep. 💖: For tomorrow, i’m planning to wake up late, but i’ll probably wake up about half an hour before my alarm like usual. For example, if i set it for 9, I’ll wake up at 8:30 on my own. It just happens. Tmr is my day off too. i’ll wake up, make matcha, and order some bread, ham, rocket salad, Greek yogurt, and jam to make breakfast. I’ll also add some protein with scrambled eggs, 2 eggs with chili oil. That’ll be my breakfast. I’m happy~😸

As some of you know, my dad passed away last month after a two-year battle with cancer. Right after he was diagnosed in 2023, Shane Beamer sent this to my dad to give him inspiration for the battle ahead. My dad said he would start each week off listening to coach’s words…then would head in to Monday chemo. You never know how some seemingly small gesture can impact someone for the rest of his or her life. So thankful Shane took the time out of his crazy schedule to give my dad a little motivation before the fight of his life. 🙏

As if this week couldn't get crazier, the corrupt US Attorney, who helped orchestrate a crazy blackmail scheme in the days before my case was dismissed, was arrested on Monday and put in jail for a hit and run. The post below (two days before dismissal) is my wife calling out Lowery once we discovered this treacherous scheme (I was restricted by a de facto gag order at the time but violated it shortly after). After throwing down the gauntlet, things spiraled out of control, but my case was eventually dismissed with prejudice two days later. Details are long so will provide link in comments for anyone interested. What makes this crazy is that all this happened the same time (end of last week) that my case was fully vindicated by the $10 million TCH settlement announced by the Texas AG's Office - just so happened to be three years to the day after originally blowing the whistle.
