I want the jet black but I'm afraid about how it'll hold up overtime with scratches. The iPhone 7 in Jet Black looked pretty rough after some wear and tear

Somewhat a personal preference is whether one likes the orange callouts for buttons and crown on the Ultra2. I remember back in the day seeing people with the red line on their crown and thinking, "ooh they got the cellular version". Some people like these small status indicators
